I had the spring ? (rice paper) rolls and pork and shrimp on vermicelli. The Spring Rolls were O.K, nothing to write home about mainly due to a (watered down) peanut sauce, that DID NOT, in any way taste 'peanutty'. I even tasted the sauce with a spoon and did NOT taste the flavor of peanuts. I have had a dish like this at dozens of Thai restaurants so.... I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, COMPRENDE! They also 'fell apart' while eating them. The Pork and Shrimp on vermicelli was very good. Maybe a 5 star. Rich and flavorful! The menu itself was DISAPPOINTING! I AlmLWAYS retry and help a restaurant out by pointing out OBVIOUS flaws in whatever I eat or see that needs 'work' and the menu was ine of them. As I stated before I have ate at DOZENS of DIFFERENT Thai restaurants and a number of Vietnamese restaurants. Menus should ALWAYS describe the dishes and WHAT IS IN THEM. Like sauces, vegetables, legumes, and WHATEVER ELSE to HELP SOMEONE not FAMILIAR with the dishes. All it listed was the meat and noodle! Well, as I JUST STAYED, MOST EVERY OTHER restaurant DOES DO THIS NECESSARY thing. I told the waitress this and she did say the menu hasn't been updated since 1981 (I suppose this is when they first opened, no idea). 44 years!!!!! Yeah, I know, and the table next to me kinda looking at ME wondering what's going on. ANSWER..... Me, TRYING TO HELP! SO ALL I. ALL I give it a 4 star. Your peanut sauce is abysmal. FIX IT. Your menu...

FIRST time ever there, wanted to see how food compared to Albuquerque Pho. Horrible service! Sat for 20 minutes after ordering, no one came by to even say the kitchen was behind on or anything, then we see tables that sat after us getting their food. Basically forgot about us. Then we asked if we were going to get food, our waitress seemed embarrassed so she gets another server to come to our table. The 2nd lady server told us in a rude tone not to get mad and that there was a big table before us. We weren’t mad, just hungry. All we wanted was an update on our food and why then the two tables sat after us got theirs first. She then asked if we still wanted our meal with a “just leave” tone. We left. Will definitely NOT go back with that kind of rude and dismissive service! I’m in the service industry so I understand the ins and outs, no need to bite off customers’ head off! Was really looking forward...

The women that run it..are awesome; and always been professional. Keep up good work. Oh! The food is always been great!..i did go in today 3/ 4/19 and was upset at the lack of customer service. I had forgotten name of the noodles n asked if the menu had changed. The young lady-cashier a new face to me; didnt seem to care to even extend help or help with direction with menu as i was standing at the counter. She was busy ringing up the receipts. I came in with my daughter; and we just left because lack of hospitality, help. I felt soo dissappointed. What happen to the older women with: the cheerful, welcoming personality and completely helpful. Please bring back customer service...or give training if...

Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. None is the meat is gluten-free as it is all marinated in soy sauce, even the meat options for soup. The tofu is safe. The steamed tofu is a pillow, the fried tofu is a little chewy so it is a good protein substitute if you are gluten free. The (tofu) curry soup is delicious, spicy, and so nourishing. Definitely 2 servings. One garnish plate suffices for two people - but the bean sprouts are heavenly in the soup. It is one of my favorite soups in Santa Fe. The third picture is the banana cake - it has black beans and sticky rice. Definitely worth trying! Could either be an appetizer or a dessert.

We really loved our meal. started with hot tea. I got rice vermicelli with unpeeled shrimp. Hubby got Vietnamese noodle soup with shrimp. Portions were very fair and food was so good!! We even ordered the egg fried rice and took most of it home for leftovers. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was comfy and private with how they have the booths setup Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Pretty good Vietnamese restaurant for Santa Fe. The staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. Keep in mind that dishes have been adjusted to fit the local palette. Pho broth is good, perhaps just a bit too sweet for me. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Good to eat in or to take out.
