My son had a cream puff and I tried it; it was very, very sweet. I felt like dark chocolate would be so much better on the outside, but the chocolate definitely tasted too sweet. Another son tried it too and none of us wanted to finish it. 3 of us had ham and cheese croissants and all felt ā€œmehā€ about them. Not very flaky, and we have celiac in the family and we know flaky is difficult for sure with GF baking. Based on the two things we had, I’m not sure we’d return. The very nice man at the neighboring cafe notice I was waiting for a restroom key and provided me one though I was not his customer; so five stars for atmosphere! Maybe we are spoiled by mom’s excellent GF baking skills, but overall a little disappointing. Kudos though for doing a complete GF bakery, stars for that alone! Also the baking academy; I’m glad y’all do that!

This place is legit fantastic. I travel around a lot and seek out GF bakeries wherever I am and was thrilled to find this one. The team were awesome and super helpful as I wanted to buy everything. The croissants are GF so they’re different from a traditional croissant - and I loved them. I’ve had so many dry and crumbly attempts at croissant I really enjoyed the tender bread-like consistency of their croissants. The brioche was heavenly and I could not get over the cinnamon bun and how delicious it was with no sad crumbling. Highly recommend this place and go early, like all great GF locations they sell out fast. Thanks so much for a great start to my day!

It’s so great to find places that are 100% gluten free. I don’t have many pictures because we devoured several of our pastries. I brought this yummy, chocolate raspberry scone and it is still fresh the next day after a long road trip home from Santa Fe. My husband is dairy free and the bakery had several vegan options for him as well. I wish we lived near Santa Fe so I could join one of the baking classes.

We were so excited to try this place. I grew up with a celiac mom and sister and married a guy with severe gluten intolerance, so any time I can give them a good meal that includes bread they can have, it’s really special. I saw the glowing reviews of this place and planned our trip to Santa Fe so we could get in a meal here and grab some bread to take home. I waited outside the building the bakery is in with our two dogs and my husband went in with my order from their online menu. He called almost immediately to let me know they were out of BLTs. It was 11:45, the lunch rush hadn’t even hit. I then chose the Italian, they were out of that too. He then said all they have is turkey pesto. So we got two turkey pestos. When he came out of the building, I could tell something was wrong. He then said the person working the counter shot daggers at him as soon as he walked in, had their earbuds in and were extremely short with him (before he called me to let me know they were out of so much—see the vitriolic reply to his review where they tell him he deserves gas station food). I have gutted through eating four decades of gluten-free bread. Some is amazing, most is okay, some is awful. The bread on this sandwich was gritty to the point of almost being sandy in texture and didn’t hold together like sandwich bread should. As a bakery, I was shocked that they didn’t offer a choice of bread for their sandwiches, but when my husband pulled out these pre-made sandwiches that are packaged exactly like you get at a gas station, I was beyond disappointed in this place. Maybe they have awesome baked goods, we will never know because this was such a...

Very disappointing. I am visiting from out of town and made a special trip with my hosts to check out this bakery. We ordered a cinnamon roll, muffin, and scone. They were quite small and about $5 each. I tried to order a decaf coffee but this was unavailable, even as an Americano. I asked about tea and the employee pulled out two beat up boxes of random Stash herbal teas. No thanks. We sat down at the little food court area outside and got excited to dive in. My first bite (of the muffin, which was way too sweet and more of a cupcake) my teeth sunk in to lightly toasted dough. I asked my friend how her scone was. ā€œDoughy.ā€ Not of the items we bought were baked through. We peeled off the outer crust of each item to eat and discussed whether to just throw away the rest of our expensive breakfast. We instead ordered food at a different establishment and decided to take our ā€œbakedā€ goods home to try to bake them ourselves. Not sure if there was a substitute baker in today or what, but definitely would not return...
