Yin Yang Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Santa Fe

We went for a late lunch a little after 1 we chose the buffet. There were quite a few options but also since the buffet ended at 2 many items were empty, low or old. The staff informed us if we wanted something to ask and we did so. They were prompt to add requested items to the buffet. However there were 3 of us and they put out small portions. Not enough for 3. I understand that it was close to the buffet closing time but wished they had considered the number of people still eating the buffet. Also my daughter and I ate the mussels that clearly had been sitting for some time. We each only ate 1 because they tasted off. The other member of our party did not eat any mussels. We had to eat the ones on the buffet because they were not out so we could not request more. Needless to say my daughter and I both got food poisoning. We had diarrhea and vomiting for 2 days. As the mussels were the only dish that we ate that our companion did not and he did not get ill we know the source. The low mein was good and I'm sure that if you get the buffet early the food may be quite good but 10 per buffet plate and old dishes PLUS food poisoning made this restraunt a big future no thanks...

1 star for spareribs, 0 star for other food (noodle, fried rice, sweet&sour pork etc) We arrived Santa Fe on the Thanksgiving day night and this place was the only option we could get something to eat. (Even fast food chain restaurants were all closed.) So we walked up to the restaurant, then we were told it’s 1h15m wait for take away or dining. We decided to order at the restaurant and came to pick up later. When my bf came to pick them up, the food was ready but staff didn’t pass it to us and our food had been sitting on the counter more than 15m. We understand and wouldn’t complain about that even it took 1.5h to get our food, but the food was surprisingly bad… It doesn’t have taste, basically they give you a lot of sauces and let you change the taste as you like.. I personally think it’s the same quality food as frozen food or airplane meal.. I’m sorry to wring this but it’s true. Santa Fe has many great restaurant options, no reason to eat here especially if you...

We decided to go eat at this restaurant earlier this evening as we heard it was possibly the best Chinese food in town. When we got there the restaurant was half full so not too busy. We easily waited about 10 minutes before they seated us. We waited another 15 minutes before they came to the table to take our order. We waited nearly an hour for our food to get to the table. All the while people who came in after us got their food and even finished it before we got ours. I am not quite understanding why this happened. This was some really bad service. The food was ok if the service had been even mediocre I would have given 3 stars. I just don't understand Santa Fe at all this poor service seems to run in a lot of restaurants in the city. I'm not in the habit of returning to establishments with poor service just to see if things have changed. This was my first visit here and first impressions...
