Visiting from out of town. Baristas were standing around chatting and generally taking their time making drinks like they were at home. They were rotating through having one person take an order and make those drinks, and then the next barista took an order and made those drinks. Very disorganized. The guy in front of me ordered 3 drinks and also waited a long time for his. He was asking if his decafs were decafs and nobody seemed to know until the barista who made his drinks and was currently taking an order realized she had made his drinks. We waited at least 10 minutes for 3 drinks when there was the one person ahead of us. Two of our drinks were ready and I mentioned that I had one more drink coming because I hadn't seen it get started yet. The male barista who handed the drinks to me was making another coffee drink (mine was a GTL) and very rudely interrupted my question and snapped at me that the drink he was making was ordered first. Then he put that drink down on the pickup counter and finally started my drink. He plopped it down pretty much right in front of him like I had inconvenienced him by asking, and he immediately walked away. Worst Starbucks...
Read moreRudest baristas ever! I asked where the bathroom is, not even having a chance to order yet and she takes an attitude with me. Not asking if I would like to order. But telling me I can't use the bathroom. I guess we're not allowed to use their bathrooms until after we order. But the rudeness was what really upset me. Never coming here again. Ever. I wish I gotten her name.
Edit: after leaving this review I looked through other reviews for this store finding many other one-star reviews I don't know how this has a four-star rating. And not only that, if you do give a complaint, instead of owning up, or fixing it, they tell you to complain to this website that you have to type in because you can't copy it and then it takes you around in circles saying to "contact us" and when you try it takes you back to the first place so whoever the management is here they are completely ignoring their responsibility to run their store and take care of the issues that are coming from all their customers. Read moreRolled in about 7am with my gift card. One woman was working, and she was doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly. She got everyone served in a timely manner. I got an Impossible breakfast sandwich, which was good despite being prefab. 5 bucks is a lot for it, I thought, but it was good. The Impossible patty smelled like real meat, which was kind of weird, but I ended up liking it. Everything looked very clean.
