Jamba — Restaurant in Santa Monica

I recently visited Jamba Juice in Santa Monica Blvd near the pier and overall, I had a decent experience. The service was okay, not outstanding, but also not terrible. The staff seemed a bit rushed and didn't have much time for small talk or extra conversation, but they were efficient in taking my order and making my drink.

Speaking of the drinks, they were definitely the highlight of my visit. I tried a couple of different smoothies and they were all delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors were well-balanced. I especially enjoyed the tropical flavors and the addition of fresh fruit in some of the drinks.

Absolutely appalling - it’s genuinely baffling how abysmal our experience was today. We came in around 3:50 pm on a Saturday; there were a few other people in the store. We placed a mobile order and the app told us it would be done by 4:08 pm. However, 4:08 rolled around and the one singular employee making all of the drinks told us it would be “a few more minutes.” Spoiler alert: it absolutely was not. We finally got our drinks at about 4:30 pm - well over 40 minutes after entering the store. For just two drinks. Not only that, but the drinks were absolute lazy slop - they were the texture of soup. We spent $10 on each smoothie and they were worthless sewage. If you’re going to spend an absolutely ridiculous amount on a smoothie, I am begging you to go literally...

ok. so. atmosphere here was crazy. it felt like they reconstructed an office building i to a jamba juice. everything was too white and there was too little people in there and i got scared. i got a razzmatazz (are you kidding me) and i was hungry so i stole a bag of pirates booty that somehow had no flavor. my buddy chomsky goes here a lot but he recently had a heart attack. chomsky was so cool dude. sorry. also the manager was just outside smoking a cigarete :3 not that that’s illegal or anything but man. come on man. you’re the manager of that fuxkcing jabma juice man!!! get it together jamba huice:) lol sorry i got caught up with chomsky...
