Delivery drivers deserve basic respect and our customers their orders delivered in time. I was treated incredibly poorly earlier today while trying to pick up my two orders. My Grubhub customer later called me furious and I had to explain that the staff member of Nick the Greek refused to first; make the second order and two; out of spite canceled the second order while taking away from me the first bags order which were ready to be delivered on the counter.
This is a direct violation of Grubhub policies with restaurants. Clearly that staff member did it in purpose so I came for nothing and wouldn’t get payed. The worst part is that my customer had no idea why “I was driving away from her home’s direction because she wasn’t aware that her orders has been both canceled by the staff member. Based on the attitude of the staff member serving at the front my suggestion would be for you to consider remote work and not in the food or service sector. We Grubhub drivers are independent contractors who make minimum wage and under the current economy cannot afford mood swings from difficult employees. Read moreSmall and over grilled pork. This restaurant is conveniently located very close to the 3rd street and Arizona street. It is clean and modern-designed inside, but the meats were over grilled and became dry and salty, plus, small portion for the almost 19 dollars plate. Talking about the plate, it is not even a plate, but a piece of paper in a plastic basket. People usually use this kind of the basket for French Fries or fry chicken, but not for a dinner sized and prized dish. I can see why those pork were so dry and small, since the weight and juice would easily break the paper and leak into the basket and table. This is certainly not a good dining and fast food experience. Even though the salad and pita bread were OK, but they didn't serve hummus for the bread. Read moreIt used to be a great experience but now, under the management of Josue it has gone way way down. We have come in here many times wanting the great yogurt they used to have! Many customers loved this yogurt with the chocolate. They have not been able to fix that machine for months and when you ask why not? Josue answered me today that the owner has to do this! We were shocked to hear that a manager of a restaurant cannot call a technician to fix this machine. When I asked when? He laughed and turned his back on me. We have been long term customers and had great treatment there and spent lots of money there. It is absolutely disgusting that the level of management has turned into total rudeness and disrespect towards customers.
