We ate here recently and were really disappointed. Our server was cute and charming, very likable, and I think he depended on that because we did not see much of him. We ordered pretzels with cheese dip and there was very little cheese dip. When I asked for more, I was informed that we could not have more because they would have to ring it up- not charge us, but ring it up (um, no you donāt- just put some more in the bowl like you should have before you brought it out). We finished our appetizer long before the server even came back to take the rest of our order. I ordered macānācheese as a side- a side which cost an extra $1.29 because it was a āpremium sideā or something like that, and it arrived nearly dry, almost no cheese sauce on it. After the pretzel and cheese dip incident I didnāt dare ask for them to fix it and obviously they wouldnāt have anyway, if our waiter would have come by any time soon. But today I had the worst experience with the new manager there. The service we received from him made me not want to go back to this particular Applebee's. He was rude, didn't bring out what we asked for, kept us waiting, it was just a horrible experience.our server though was great and we wish he would have been able to host us during the time we were there but he was doing his best to tend to everyone.
