Dunkin' — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I usually order Postmates from Rohnert Park and thankfully avoid the slow and bad service. The extra money to have it delivered is well worth the preservation of my sanity apparently. I get my usual coconut butter pecan latte with oatmilk. Perfect with only a pump each of syrup. I highly recommend! The black pepper snaking’ bacon is delish and Ipop it in the air fryer for extra crispness. Both the Dunkin wraps are great too The chorizo and egg and the chicken and roasted pepper tastes like chicken Alfredo. (also popped in the air fryer for a crispy shell) I am most impressed with the turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I got an extra turkey sausage patty with cheese on a delightfully soft English muffin. And it was still hot enough that I didn’t have to reheat and honestly, I could t have waited anyway. It was a gooey mess of cheese, egg and sausage but the taste was exactly what I was hoping for. Better than the egg McMuffin. IMHO. I will be splurging on it again. That’s for sure. Worst customer service ever! I walked into Dunkin’ Donuts with my uncle. We selected our donuts, two drinks, and after they rung up our order, my uncle handed them a $20 bill. We were informed they needed exact change only, the order was $10.45, my uncle only had a $20 bill. There was no sign on the door indicating you needed exact change, there was no sign at the cash register, and we were not notified of this prior to making our order. The female crewmember was extremely rude. We asked for the managers name and she said she could not give out personal info. We informed her we did not want their personal information we wanted their name and a phone number to contact them. She very rudely said we can find the information online. Also, the store was not very clean.There were three crewmembers working, two males and one female, none would give us their name, they would not provide the name of the manager, and would not give us a phone number to call to talk it to a manager. Worst place I've ever been!! Ordered online, went in and asked if my order was ready...... Was told they were waiting for my bagel. It seemed as if my order was ready... There was a bag on the mobile order shelf, that had been there since I had walked in and waited 10 minutes..... After asking about my order and waiting for the bagel... The girl takes the bag off the shelf and throws it in my bag...... I was like... OK, they are busy, whatever..... The bagel was hard as a rock, assuming from just sitting there the whole time. I told them it was hard and she ripped it out of my hand and threw it out. Waited a few more minutes.... She gave me the bagel and when I got home it was barely toasted and looked as if they put the whole block of cream cheese on it....didn't eat it!!! Won't be going back there!!! Unclean...
