Really disappointed in this place .My wife and I bought a couch from Sonoma Home Goods. Paid over $2000 and we're told that our couch would be ready in 4-6 weeks. That was on Aug 20 and I stand here today over two months later and still have no couch. Our delivery date has been pushed back three times. Not one of the three times however had we been notified ahead of time about the rescheduling. Supposedly it's going to be delivered today or tomorrow but I'll believe it when I see it. I have not been offered a partial refund or even so much as a coupon for future purchases. At this point I'm fed up. I will never buy anything from this place again. If anyone reading this is thinking of buying furniture from there I highly recommend going somewhere else where your business will actually be appreciated beyond the initial transaction. Sonoma Home Goods is a joke. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere...

Would rate this place at ZERO stars. My mother purchased a couch from here and her experience was miserable. She was promised 4-6 weeks and it was late, she had to continuously make contact and was pushed backed on delivery dates until she received it Xmas eve at 5pm... Joke.

The cushions had tears where the seams were sewn incorrectly, she had to bring the cushions back to the store, it took 6 weeks to get cushions back after being told it would take a couple days.

Customer service was very poor, the owner treated her with close to zero respect and he should be ashamed of himself...

I just recently purchased a couch and a coffee table from Sonoma Home Goods. Ralph and David are the best. Ralph did everything possible to be sure that I was happy with my purchases. The delivery was timely and they kept me posted and checked with my schedule every step of the way.
