I’ve loved this food truck since before Mitote Food Park even existed, and I’m long overdue in saying so! The new location is just as wonderful as I remembered. The staff greeted us warmly and helped me find great veggie options. My son devoured his steak tacos, and my potato taquitos were crisp, flavorful, and generously portioned — enough for two meals.
