Hot Couture — Local services in Santa Rosa

I was staying at the Hotel LaRosa just down the street and wanted to take a stroll through the historic railroad Square... it was suggested to me that I go and check out the Hot Couture vintage clothing and costume store... If you like vintage clothing of any kind, jewelry or just taking a stroll through Memory Lane withw fashions, you will absolutely adore this place... I actually went in two nights in a row to check it out and the staff there is absolutely awesome- I was able to meet the owner Marta who was a precious delight.... so completely dedicated to her craft and the exquisite collection (and the fact that they don't take in anything that is older than 35 years...) I just turned 50 so something past 35 years doesn't "seem old" but it was just a beautiful thing to look at some of the wonderful fabrics that were there... Way back when..

The store owner has the best customer service you could wish for.

I bought a beautiful mink coat there for over 200$ and it had a little hole that needed to be taken care of.

I had a hard time finding someone who would work on it but i found a first one who told me she wouldn’t charge me for it because I would be coming again as the fur was too old and the quality of the fabric under the fur was in terrible condition. I went to get a second opinion and this lady told me she was sorry I bought a coat that wouldn’t last me long and it was going to continue on falling apart with time of wearing.

I had a call with the owner and she gave me store credit for my purchase.

I was invited to the Dickens Fair, and my friends suggested I go to the Hot Couture to get an outfit. OMG.. This is the place to play dress up on a professional level. I met my doppelganger, Keenann! We had the immediate Vibe. You know that feeling you get when everything is a hundred and ten percent right. You could fill it in the air. She knew exactly what to get me, what would make me look the best, the sizes the colors, everything. I am so happy and joyful that I shopped with this store. Can't wait until tomorrow. UPDATE. the clothing that I rented at Hot Couter was the absolute hit at the Dickens Fair. Honestly, I looked pretty damn good. Many participants told me so. I'm looking forward to...
