I recently had an appalling experience at Brewster's Bar that compelled me to share my disappointment. I will never be back here. We waited about 35 minutes for appetizers - which they’re busy that’s fine. Mozzarella sticks were awesome. We ordered a total of 72 wings and only got 60. We try to explain we’re just missing two 6 pieces. The bartender or manager I’m not sure comes out there and tries to say we didn’t order these things. She has the check in her hand and we can see that we did order them. She walks away mid conversation as we’re trying to explain. So she says she’s going to bring the wings even though SHE DOESNT BELIEVE that we ordered them. WHEN SHE CAN SEE THE CHECK! We wait 20 minutes and no one ever comes back out. So we go inside to pay and just get it taken off. They think we’re trying to not pay so they comp off all of our wings and we’re like no we just need you to take 12 off. Then they go back in the kitchen pointing at us and laughing. So eventually we paid cash and after we left they still charged our card! That’s theft first of all. Absolutely inexcusable. First time at this place and it was so so horrible.
