The setting is a small bar like atmosphere. You get there by going down and outdoor hallway. While the atmosphere isn't much, the pizza was excellent. A creative selection of choices, and a great pizza maker in the kitchen! The anchovy attention of , cheese, tomato and basil pizza was not heavy on the anchovies, and so therefore did not smother any of the delicious flavors. It was very well done. On par with the best pizzas in town. The wine selection is extensive, there must have been more than 200 bottles on the list. Service was good, and the atmosphere was very good for a while. First time diner, took my mother out to eat here recently and we were not disappointed. Fantastic pizza and a very interesting atmosphere. The menus are neat, if not a littler derogatory and service could be a little better. Most tables were filled on the inside so I was seated outside and felt a little isolated. But ultimately what matters is the food and it was great. My only real complaint is that it is a little pricy but not outrageous and the porketta was a little salty for my taste. This is a hidden gem. A place that no one would really know. I only came across it because the owner posted an ad and a pic of his awesome pizza on a Sarasota Facebook page. It is a wine cellar that is very cold so bring a sweater. You can order an appetizer and I always get friend calamari. Then the pizza arrives literary 5 minutes after. Whatever you order just comes out right away. They don't have soft drinks for non alcoholic drinkers or kids so be ready to drink water or wine. Please order the pizza!
