This is absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at any McDonald’s or Uber eats!
First of all, the man that delivered it had a rating so low on Uber that we couldn’t tip him! Well thank goodness we didn’t because 1). McFlurry that was ordered and paid for wasn’t there. I ran back out and asked where the McFlurry was, he said they did not give him a McFlurry; he then pulled out and left.
I then phoned McDonald’s and got a manager that didn’t ask any questions; just kept saying “I bagged that order myself and I’m the manager and I gave him four drinks and a McFlurry!”, I had to keep interrupting her to tell her that we only had two drinks and maybe she gave my McFlurry to someone else’s order.
Then my roommate comes in the room and says that his nuggets only had 7 and he ordered a 10 piece! Well this was not all, my grandsons fries were half empty/ cold! Also, a double mushroom and swiss burger was ordered, but received a single pattie instead. The photos that are posted were exactly like the food and out of the “sealed bag” ! The manager apparently checks ALL THE ORDERS, because she was not going to admit error on her part or that of her “witnesses” that she kept telling me that she has. Since when is it okay to be extremely rude, argue with the customer, and tell the customer “I can’t have anything brought back out to you, you have to call Uber”. Well, that takes 24 hours as we all know to get a response from Uber! I’m going to seriously reconsider using Uber unless they upgrade the service to add an immediate contact person. The whole idea of having your food delivered is convenience if YOU DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE.
Well, now I have to drive to McDonald’s, argue more with a very argumentative manager, who should NEVER HAVE MADE MANAGER WHEN SHE ARGUES WITH THE CUSTOMER. I can see it now, her: “so where is the food that wasn’t correct? Why’d you eat it? I have no way of telling if you are lying.” And we will go round and round until I either get asked to leave or she decides to forego the arguing and jump the counter to fight! Lol (this has happened; not to me)
NOTE: the pictures of the bags below are where we had to tear into the bags; there were two so there is NO WAY that “ that Uber driver must have ate your food!” He may have taken the McFlurry but when she stated that she “handed 4 drinks and a McFlurry out the drive thru window to the man”, I am thinking that maybe some other man got a McFlurry with his order,...
Read moreSo hopefully there wasn’t a loogey in my food because it was delicious! Lol I understand how stressful it can be working here especially at night when customers are a little more rowdy.( I worked at McDonald’s for a year when I got out of high school ) I was treated with disrespect from the moment it was my turn in the drive thru. The woman who took my order was not the same as the one who I paid so I didn’t catch her name but she had a Hispanic accent and was incredibly rude. I couldn’t remember what a mcfrappe was called so I floundered a bit and she was so impatient her tone was distasteful. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else don’t take it out on your customers. When I got to the window to pay it was more bad attitude and short impatience. All I wanted was a 4b sandwich light sauce. It was misinterpreted by the first woman as she entered my order as ONLY light sauce. No big deal I’m pretty chill and don’t exchange negative vibes so I said it’s cool smiled and said thanks but not even that got a smile or your welcome or have a good night. The overall experience left me feeling like they hate all of their customers and don’t look under the bun cuz you might not like what you see. Ignorance is bliss tho so after ten bucks for a sandwich and frozen coffee I wasn’t goin to throw anything out . For 4am (I had just got done working myself) the food was delicious and that was the only positive takeaway from the experience which is why I rated a three and not a one. This might be my 2nd or 3rd review I’ve ever wrote which tells you how disrespected I felt coming here. When I worked at McDonald’s my customers loved me because even when mistakes were made we got through it with a smile and common decency. Guess that’s what has allowed me to be blessed with...

The service of the floor is not polite for "poor".
They very much distinguish between the "reach' and "poor", where the reach are the "good smelling one" in made in China clothes for $1.50 from Walmart, smelling $0.50 perfumes and cologne and those who are not.
On duty manager's name was Maria. I wanted to charge my cell phone in one of the electrical outlets. I discovered, that there's no power in electrical outlet. I approached a sale person and informed her about it. She looked at mi with and said that she will inform her supervisor Maria. I returned to my table waiting for response of management. After 15 minutes did not get response. I appched for the second the same sales person and asked whether she informed management about my problemem. She responded, that management turned off the power in electrical outlets becouse too many people stay whole day and watch movies.
All that happened wher manager Maria was (in first and in second approach) about 3 feet away.
The store was about 20% full, and 3/4 employee ware idling. Some of them ware occupied restaurant seets.
The really distressed think was none verbal communication of Maria and I her employees. The communication was of the type of contempt.
I was informing about that, after I ordered and ate breakfast meal of about $10 and...
