I spent two consecutive days (Friday-Saturday) at the Ritz Carlton Rufa Bar. The first night, I sat downstairs in the middle, the hostess and server were incredibly professional, and I was incredibly pleased with their service. However, on Saturday, when I sat on the upstairs bar balcony, I was completely disappointed. The service was terrible, the bartender was discriminatory, and I was met with a cheap server who treated me based on the number of chairs. I finished my glass and paid for it, but it still hadn't been cleared away. I told the customers around me, "They asked me about other requests several times, and my chair was ignored. The drinks were excellent, and while a few food items could have been better, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place. Our bartender was super sweet and helpful with the menu. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious—we just grabbed a few appetizers to hold us over, and they hit the spot. If you’re staying at the hotel, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!
