The community is very stuffy and complains about every little thing. The people who run the board seem so bored and miserable that they keep passing more and more restrictive rules.

There are cameras in the gym and all over the property, not for safety, but for management to surveil residents.

The front desk staff seem to be under strict rules, just like the residents. Something as simple as holding a package at the front desk and giving it to someone stopping by to pick it up is not allowed.

Residents pay thousands in HOA fees, but it won’t be enough if a hurricane hits, they will ask for more. They even asked for help with staff...

My 1 star is for the employees. They suck they are not nice they are judgemental and single residents out. If you want to have visitors get ready to be not liked and trouble for your visitors and please to not have workers come to fix something in your place or clean /babysit.
