Added context, this is a $20 Pizza, look at the picture? Is it really worth that much with this poor quality and minimal ingredients. What a mess
Completely disrespectful 18 year old "kids" that work here. When you insult me to my face, make eye contact and don't walk around on circles. Talk to me like a man.
My experience: the hustle of life, sometimes my family orders out. I picked up my pizzas close to closing time, came home, with a poor disgusting mess with almost no toppings. I called them back and they were closed. I came back the next day, after YES, feeding my family the pizza we purchased because I am not going to put my family to bed without eating on a very busy day. I told the 18 year old man children my "quality" issue and wanted a replacement for a pizza with little to no toppings as Papa Murphy's does have a quality assurance money back guarantee, just to be insulted and called names by "professional staff". Because I didn't want to start a scene, I just took off. Easier just to reverse the charge on my card.
If the manager or owner want to reach out to me, I'm more than willing to work with you, but being treated that poorly by Gen Z disrespectful little brats who are never disciplined as a child, makes me not even want to walk into that business ever again.
I didn't use any vulgarity, harsh language, or personal insults. The staff literally called me stupid for eating the pizza and not returning it the next morning. I'm not going to return bad quality food that looked like they put the dough against the wall and chucked ingredients at it. Unethical business practices and bad service. Next time I get Papa Murphy's I'll just go somewhere else. Your staff having a potty mouth and calling customer stupid when they're being completely polite, although firm is ridiculous human behavior.
They also gave me a thin crust pizza that same night when it was supposed to be the normal crust, what's funny is the employees brought that up to my face, and I said no I never ordered the New York style or thin crust pizza. Again lying and gas lighting a customer give me a break. Zero accountability zero ownership of your product, zero...
Read moreLove Papa Murphy's and their concept! Hot and fresh pizza when you're ready for it, easy to cook, and it's so yummy! I went on Saturday October 30th (so everyone was celebrating Halloween) I ordered 4 pizzas for online pickup in the afternoon. I showed up 15 minutes late expecting to grab my pizzas and go. Unfortunately, everyone else in town had the same idea so the place was packed and utter chaos. Once in there for several minutes, it was communicated to the crowd that they were 30+ minutes behind on online orders. So my order should have been ready by about then. I could describe many other announcements and scenarios but long story short, I ended up waiting 75 minutes after my pickup order was supposed to be ready. Frustrating, right?? But here's the thing! There were a lot of employees there, and they were all absolutely working their tails off getting pizzas made. There was a guy there (maybe a manager? Not sure - he had dark hair with a man bun and scruff) just absolutely killing it on customer service. He was attending to people with questions and checking the status of orders. He was able to locate one of my 4 pizzas on the back counter when apparently the rest of my order had been forgotten about. He made sure my other 3 pizzas were made ASAP so I could get out of there. Someone said it was their busiest day of the year and they were good about communicating wait times as well as offering refunds to anyone who couldn't wait around. Although it was frustrating waiting that long for my pizzas, I couldn't be mad at the employees when they were doing everything they could to get things done. I'll be coming here more often (but maybe not...
Read moreOrdered online, walked in the signs say "create order here" and the other side of the counter it says "pick up here" both with cash registers. Common sense is telling most of us if we've pre ordered we can go to the pick up line. Having done this I waited in the pick up line while the girl in front of me got helped. She was helped, then the girl helping went on to making pizzas along with 5 other people. Leaving the pick up line un-helped. So I finally after standing there for over 5 min. asked a kid wrapping the pizza if this is where I pick up his reply was "I think so". Finally after waiting another 2 minutes went down the line and asked the girl if this is where I pick it up. She said I needed to go to the other line???? Okay, so I waited in that line while everyone in front of me "created their pizza" Ugh. Finally make it to the gal, paid for my online order, asked if she could grab my pizzas since I looked over at the "pick up line and the same girl that was behind me before was still standing there along with about 10 others not being helped. I asked the cashier if she could get me my pizzas she looked around and the girl next to her said just go get them. Seriously!!!... This location really needs to get it together. On top of it all I asked where my cinnamon wheel was and she said "you have to go get it yourself, over there". Thanks for the heads up. I counted 9 employees working behind that counter, one cashier and the rest of them were making the pizzas and no one was helping them get out the door. Figure out how customer service works peeps. I think If I go to this franchise again it wont be...
