This place is very busy , that I expected. There was 4 lines inside, there was a sign that said please form 4 lines inside. Being good people lnobody wanted to cut in front of anyone. I was them greeted by who I thought was the owner, he stated “ Please go over here , I can’t get anyone to follow what the sign says “ it caught me off guard and was rude, then once I was paying , he went behind the counter and had one of his female workers come out to help form the lines, he treated this lady like a pice of trash yelling at her and telling her if she can’t do her job he would find someone else. This was in front of 30 paying customers. I am a people manager myself, never would I talk down or treat an employee like this, expecialy infornt of customers. What a joke, if I hadn’t paid I would have walked out. I would recommend all his employees quit, I am sure he treates all his employees like this. I’d never go back here again , even for free ice cream for life.
No thanks , I’ll never go back here again...
Read moreGreen tea ice cream in waffle cone did the trick for me on a hot day. Cool down on a bench by the water and grass, with a book maybe. I found a nice spot by the ferry docks. I was happy with my free waffle cone for having completed Sausalito Public Library’s adult summer reading challenge- you can do it too! It’s awesome when you can read and get additional rewards. You get 2 free samples per person before having to select your flavor. I sampled the ube macapuno and was unimpressed- it didn’t taste much like ube, maybe more like coconut. I also sampled the date casablanca, which is vanilla ice cream studded with date bits and laced with caramel trails. I think if the date flavor was more incorporated in the whole ice cream, I could’ve gone for it. I’m glad I went with green tea and would recommend this flavor. It’s not the strongest green tea ice cream I’ve had but it was enough and I wasn’t looking for too strong...
Read moreFlavor: Blueberry Lime Pie Cookie
Price ~$7.5 for single scoop with waffle cone
Taste Over-All: Delicious
Service: 1/5 There were a lot of interesting flavors to choose from but a customer can only ask to try out 2 flavors and not more. Guess it was a busy Saturday afternoon but still was disappointed as I was very excited to try some out and choose what I like the best.
Ice cream: Creamy and Delicious with literal chunks and whole pieces of lemon pie cookies. In my serving of the scoop, I ended up having more whole chunks of the cookie than ice cream itself, which I am not particularly a fan of as I was there for ice cream and not cookie in a waffle cone. So that was a little bit disappointing.
Staff Friendliness: 2.5/5, since maybe it was a busy afternoon.
Recommend to maybe visit on a less busy hour to get a better...
