Sbarro — Restaurant in Savannah

Well...... The pepperoni slice was nice & fresh, however, the service was less than sub- par. I guess from being a district manager I grade every customer service reps performance as they were one of my team members.... WITH THAT BEING SAID I Ordered a drink (young lady never asked size) and a slice. The lady made my flavored lemonade (SHE DIDN'T SAY THEY HAD NO ICE) and my sister & I sat and ate. The staff members were extremely rude! I was with my sister in law and her mother. Her mother does not speak English very well. When the man at the cashier learned this he said “That sounds about right, she looks like it” then scoffed. I would never recommend this service. I turned around and left. My daughter was there at 3pm today (6/24/23) ordering lunch. She ask the (male) cashier if he could break $100 bill because that's all she had. He said do you have any other way to pay I really don't want to break that bill. My daughter explained she didn't and he snatched the bill and rolled his eyes at her. Then after he gave her the change and her food she asked for a straw and he got a straw and threw it at her. Absolutely...
