Sleep Number — Hotel in Savannah

Do not finance with this company! I got approved for a loan to cover my bed's over 3200 dollar cost. I paid my monthly bill on time every month and got my balance down to 1200 dollars. My credit score took a small hit due to having to visit a sick family member out of state (traveling cost). My credit score was at about 650 when, to my great surprise, this company allowed their financier to drop my available credit to just under my remaining balance due to Sleep Number (1100 dollars at the time). I have never had a credit company drop my available credit for any reason and it is shocking that they would do this with my balance being paid up to date and no missed payments. Their decision to decrease my available credit hurt my credit score even further. Joke is on them though, because I paid my loan off about 2 years earlier than needed, as I always do, my credit score is way higher than the national average right now, and they just lost a customer for life. We have had a great experience with our Sleep Number selection from day one because of Gia Maloney who is at the Savannah GA store. She is super knowledgeable and customer focused. We needed help with buying four king size smart beds and accessories. She was not pushy but offered solutions to our inquiries. As we purchased these items almost a year ago, we had to wait for completion of the building of our new home. She provided excellent service after the sale in helping us reschedule our delivery numerous times and keeping us informed about when we needed to reschedule. Upon delivery, she was keen to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. 5/11/25 Had another great experience today with Gia. She reminded me of my rewards and how I could redeem. We also discussed a travel pillow and ordered one. They were so nice and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience working with Adam. It was a very busy Saturday and although hr was working with me he was also assisting another customer too but I didn't feel neglected. I had time to test the beds although I am very uncomfortable lying down in public. I brought my sister with me and we both enjoyed working with him. There were two ladies also shopping at the same time and the seemed to be having a good time too. I believe we all became sleep number customers that day.
