Savannah Sweets — Restaurant in Savannah

Yesterday evening my partner and I went to buy 10lbs of fudge and to get samples of different candies for a wedding she was doing. The young lady (CHARLENE) was very rude to us. She never greeted us, then when we asked for a sample, she gave us something without telling us what it was, after, she threw the tongs down as if we had ruined her day, then immediately turned her back to us as if we weren't inquiring about the candy. We usually don't visit Savannah often but now I know not to go back there when we do. I was looking forward to a great experience at the store, however, she totally ruined it for us. Thanks Charlene. Hopefully your manager (Andrea) will handle you properly when we contact her tomorrow....

I was in Savannah for a conference from Atlanta. A colleague asked me to pick her up some Bite-Size Pralines from Savannah Sweets. After googling the location & reading reviews I was hesitant to go. However, I'm so glad I did. My sales associate Kia was extremely helpful and patient. She was knowledgeable about their different candies and even helped me to pick out a sweet treat for myself. Was the receiver of an Easter Basket order but the shop failed to ever add tracking to the order till the day before Easter, leading to a lot of worry from my mother that the Easter baskets would not arrive in time.

Called several times a day for 2 days and finally got through. Was told that the baskets has been delivered the day before. I have a PO box and would have never known the were there without tracking.
