GW Gyro & Wings — Restaurant in Savannah

I've had Gyro Wrap once in 2022 and once again on today in 2024. Both of my visits were very disappointing. Upon my first visit, my meal was very bland and one dimensional. It lacked flavor and originality. Today, there was no difference. It's probably assumed that food within the mall food court should be fast and simplistic, but GW is too simple. This place used to be better. The food was decent but the customer service is non existent. The people working continued their conversation about outfits they were going to wear while I waited for them to greet me and ask what I wanted to order. I then had to repeat what I wanted because they still were carrying on their conversation I'll go to any other place in the food court on my breaks from now on. my smoothie was given to wrong person, he drank from it gave it to one of the employees, then they tired to give to to me, 30 mins later and about 15 customers later i got my smoothie . wasnt even worth the wait. Owner or owners wife has a really bad temper. well not ever go back this place has a lowest reviews at this mall for a reason , sad cause there gyros are not that bad. contacted management the sent a free meal card and was pretty much interrogated on how i had got it..... way to run your business in the ground...
