Starbucks — Restaurant in Savannah

Very bad service! the girl who served was collecting ice, she passed twice and saw me and did not say "excuse me a moment" or any apologies for being busy! and when she finally attended to me she just said "what do you want"? there were 3 other people behind me and I told her I wanted a decaf American coffee and she told me that didn't have it, I told her it was very strange because I buy the same decaf coffee every day and she told me again "we don't have it", I asked for another one thing and waiting I realized that the girl behind me was also asking for decaf coffee and told her the same thing... I DON'T HAVE! When I went to put sugar in my regular coffee I realized that I did have it and I simply didn't want to prepare it... because I asked for an American coffee and she served me coffee of the day! This girl is super rude. More than in such a crowded place, They treat you so badly or They don’t want to sell you what you are looking for and...

They really need more than one person working and definitely need to touch up on their customer service skills. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge people in the line at all. We stood there for 20 minutes before she even went over to the register. Then she drank her drink wordlessly at the register without letting the lady in front of me know she could order, so they just stared at each other awkwardly for well over 5 minutes. Nobody knew what was going on so everyone left. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everything tasted fine I mean the person is doing everything in front of you so they can’t put stuff in ur food but don’t expect good treatment if you are white. The person who worked there today during their shift gave me hateful eyes and shook their head after asking if tall meant small? Then when I heard her voice sound kinder to the person behind me after I look over and she was colored. So I get bad vibes for being white??? I’d rather go to Starbucks at target. That person in the shift around 4:30 on 7/7/24 had the worst energy without having to say much. She came off as racist to me....
