This location was truly the best around back around 8 months or so ago. I'd make it my daily routine to come in and get my coffee. Morale and atmosphere were much better. But it seems the place has gone downhill since they lost their best employees. I've tried to give this location chance after chance, unfortunately, now they've made me resort to leaving a negative review.
Every time. I mean EVERYTIME I come here, there is always an issue. It seems there are new people every week and NO ONE is getting the proper training. I get someone else's drink, missing food or drinks, and attitudes from employees are at an all-time high. They feel bothered or annoyed when there's someone at the front counter or any slight interactions with the customer.
Just this morning, I was parked because I ordered an egg on my avocado toast. The parking is terrible in that lot. The front row is handicap parking and behind that is regular parking. I parked on the side because there were other customers parked in the regular spots and I wasn't going to park in the handicap spot since that's illegal. I saw the employee pop their head out with my food and didn't see me. I went inside to retrieve my toast, and I was met by the employee telling me she didn't see me. I apologized and told her I was on the side (which is a straight shot to the front door) and that the handicap parking is in front so I couldn't park there. She replied "Oh no. You can. You can park there" Which is not only illegal but also unfair to those who genuinely need accessible parking. As someone who values integrity and respect for the community, I strongly believe businesses should prioritize responsible practices.
After I walked back to my car with my toast, I opened it to be sure, and I was missing the egg on my toast. I went back inside and was only to be met with snotty remarks "What is it? What happened now" I said "I'm missing the egg on the toast I ordered" Her response "Egg what egg? Where'd you order from" I replied "on the app" So she turned to have the line cook add an egg and add it to the toast. I asked for a new toast since this one is now hard. She said no.
Basic food employees know how to read a ticket and by the looks of it, that is not what's happening here. No one looks at the receipts or tickets to get the customer's food. That's why everything is always missing or half-assed given to the customer.
Unfortunately, this incident has led me to reconsider supporting this location. I hope they take steps to educate their staff on parking accessibility, making coffee and food orders correctly, providing proper professional training, and customer service because there is none. I believe I'm not the only one who feels this passionate about the store as there used to be a line around the corner for the drive-thru. Now it seems we all go to Starbucks or McDonald's for better coffee...

I went in the drive thru and paid with my credit card, I was given a receipt without my cc, I was so absent minded that I forgot to ask for my cc back, 4 hours later I realized I forgot my cc and called dunkin immediately. They were diligent and asked me to confirm my full name. I was too far away to pick up my cc and they were closing early for New Year’s Eve so I told them I’ll pick it up tomorrow. 2-3 hours later, I got an email from citi saying someone tried to use my card three times at Meijer trying to charge $175 each time. Good thing I locked my card using my Citi app before they tried. I went to Dunkin the next day and they told me that I had picked up my card last night. I asked them if they had checked the persons ID before giving away other people’s cc. No one apologized, they only told me that they’ll instruct their employees to check IDs next time someone forgets their cc and that I should call my cc to cancel my card.
Something’s fishy in this store... why would you give a customer a receipt without their cc back? Why would you give anyone a cc without confirming their identity? I feel like they’ve done this scam before... so shady, will never ever come back to this...
