I came here to eat with my family. Due to having a big family, I have to order more food than normal. Yet I got worried after taking my large order because I was still missing a meal for one of my family members. Embarrassed by this, I gave my food to them and went to see if the meal was still being created. I took my receipt to ask about the meal at the counter. One of the workers made their way towards me and I asked if they could give me my missing order. The worker seemed to know my order and told me that i was definitely wrong in thinking this because she explained that the entire order was brought out by a robot. Yet I didn't receive the order and had a receipt to prove that I didn't receive it. She decided not to look at either my order nor my table and told me I definitely did receive it.
I didn't like how I was being treated at this point. It felt that I was being accused of lying about my order and the worker just wanted me to go away.
I kept being persistent, yet she left me at the counter and started to laugh about something in the back of the restaurant. She later came back to me and started getting mad at me. Raising her voice and actively ignoring what I was saying. It got to the point where one of my family members came up to the counter to see what all the commotion was about. At that point she started to yell at my father of all people!
At this point I got furious and demanded to either receive my order or ask for a refund. At this point I believe she was starting to play around as she pointed at my father spouting some nonsensical things about giving him the refund and giving me food.
I'm not sure how she managed to agree with us to give us the missing food. But it must have been the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.
I was only hoping to be direct about my missing order, yet my family and I got yelled at instead.

Read moreWent through the drive through first time at 11pm and ordered a Quarter pounder cheese deluxe extra pickles for myself and my bf ordered a plain quarter pounder with 6 strips of bacon and cheese. When we received our food, only 3 pieces of bacon on my bf QP and my QP had huge chunks of lots of onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles. Went through drive through 2nd time, explained what happened where order is taken, the guy did not say anything for quite long time ignoring us so we pulled up to the first window. We gave the burgers back. We waited at the third window for the order to be remade and corrected. Received our order drove off. Opened bag and my QP deluxe was made correct but my bf's QP had the cheese stuck to the inside bottom of the box with bottom bun missing. Went back a 3rd time to get the order corrected yet again. The guy at the speaker where you take order when my bf explained what happened, dead long silence again and then we drove up to first window. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager. My bf showed him the Burger with the cheese stuck to bottom of the hamburger box. The manager said there was a bottom bun that they checked beforehand. Um no, there was not. We would not waste our time and gas to come back to get our order corrected yet again while my food, our fries and nuggets were getting cold. The manager was very rude, unprofessional and arguementive. Yet again, we gave the QP back and we were told to wait at the third window for corrected item. So meanwhile, all the rest of the food is cold. Finally, we receieved our corrected order. Very disappointed at this location. Management is terrible. Worse experience ever. I got the order, but fries were old so I asked for fresh fries the clerk said please move to second window and wait. I waited 10 min called the store asked for a manager he said this is an assistant manager. I said hi I'm waiting in your drive thru a total of 10 min for fresh fries, he said oh no I'm sorry I gave them the fresh fries as soon as you asked for them I thought they gave them to you. I will be right over comes to the window and I said the drink I ordered was a sweet tea but this drink is a diet coke. He said let me get you the correct drink. I just asked for a complete refund my receipt said 2:48p I got my refund at 3:15pm he said are you sure because I can give you a free meal in the future. As he was saying that, I said to myself with my nuggets and sandwich being cold now but hot fries and as irritated as I was now I said hell you should have just comped this whole order why wait until next time. I didn't have you waiting 25 minutes you had me waiting. Needless to say I use to go to this McDonald's 2 times a day every other day 1 time in morning and 1 time in afternoon for the past 6 months. And I have had issues before but resolved by the manager Augustine who is the best manager at this location he just wasn't on duty at this time.
