You guys have been so good to me and so understanding of my situation. You are extremely kind and helpful in every way.

I believe you all need raises ASAP, Dianne I ask that put Tony, Charlie, Tommy, and the rest of the amazing staff for immediate promotions and raises.

You have a honest, caring , humble and very hard working staff.

Early shift please do be nice and don’t make evening shifts work harder.

Thank you 🙏🏻 all for your amazing experience each and every time I step in the door, you truly make it feel like a family and a “home” experience.

Please note:

I always ask fellow patrons, if my music is too loud and no one ever complains to me, or they just don’t have the decency to humbly walk up to me and ask “May you please turn it down.”

*Secondly, I am a veteran facing homelessness and divorce. It is a way I am able to give back to the wonderful people who serve us daily at our Starbucks location. Which they enjoy it as they have the same songs on loop 24/7.

*Thirdly, I always make sure to ask the staff if my volume is good, which is usually no higher than the music over the PA/Speakersystem 90% times much lower.

*I am approachable. I hope you have a Godly Blessed day.

Also, cafes were always a place for studies and arts combined. Please have a look at this wonderful illustration, tot he right you will see a patron practicing his guitar 😇

Extremely disappointed with the recent experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the quality and customer service have seriously gone downhill. I ordered two Venti Caramel Macchiatos with extra caramel drizzle and sweet foam. The barista repeated my order but still got it wrong.

I asked for sweet foam on one of the drinks. She took it back, and when it came out, it had NO sweet foam at all. I literally saw them pour some of the drink out and hand it back. It was basically milk at that point. When I politely asked for it to be remade, they just poured it into another cup with extra caramel drizzle as if that was the issue. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This was careless and unprofessional. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt this had to be said. I’m genuinely done with Starbucks for now. 7 Brew Coffee has been consistent and gives me what I actually order. That’s the least anyone should expect when paying premium prices.

I hope Starbucks seriously re-evaluates this location. It’s overpriced, and the drinks haven’t been meeting expectations not even close. This store has gone completely downhill. The staff is consistently rude, the drinks are made wrong, and no one seems to care about the customer experience.

The manager needs to take accountability and consider rehiring or retraining staff. People come here expecting quality and respect not attitude and mistakes. I’m done spending money here when places like 7 Brew can get it...

UPDATE: To the "owner" leaving a copy and paste response under all negative reviews PLEASE STOP!!! Instead stop and listen to what the reviews are telling you!! Especially about the horrible customer service Smh 😒

This used to be my go to place to go to! The drinks were always made as requested and the service was amazing! I've been coming here since 2017 as it on my way to work and the days I work from home I will stop by after dropping off the kiddos at school. The last couple of months have not been as good as it used to be the drinks taste too watery or feel like they've been sitting out and given to the customer. It looks like the ice has been changed and it causes it to melt much quicker than the old one. The service has also gone down!! The new employees don't smile, don't say hello or thank you. Makes one feel like one is an inconvenience to them. Today was my last visit there as the drink I ordered today was watery, with maybe 4 ice cubes floating in the drink, and the service was bad. Def won't...
