McDonald's — Restaurant in Scottdale

I have been to a lot of McDonald's in my lifetime. This one sticks out. From the time my order was taken until I received my food I witnessed 3 people who had errors with their order. 1 lady came in because her mobile order was incorrect but was also dissatisfied with the associated handling her order. Apparently the associate was having showed less than appropriate customer service. The gentleman who's order was wrong came in from the drive through. Then there was the couple that was a dine in. Their order was wrong as well. I finally get my cup to fill my drink and the area is littered with paper from the straws and ketchup cups, used and unused. The ketchup dispenser had not been cleaned in what looked like hours. No napkin dispenser, no salt and pepper packets. Just ketchup. We go to find a table and every table in immediate eyesight is dirty. There is trash in a pile waiting to be swept up, yet no one seems to find the time. I laid down napkins that I had to ask the cashier for because again there is no napkin dispenser. I get my food and notice they forgot the sauce for my son's nugget meal and also my cookies . I asked the cashier about the cookies. She stated there would be a wait. She did bring them to my table. My burger was fine but I receive old cold fries and my son had refried nuggets 2 out of the 6 seemed fresh. We picked over our food and went to put the trash in the bin, and it is overflowing. Only 2 trash bins that I could see at the front of the store. Paper on top of food, food on top of paper. I will think again before we eat there on Easter Sunday. McDonald has been always the best and fastest option for us to eat out. These is our usual place but as these rude people join in the franchise has become more difficult for us to visit. I am in very disbelief to experience these type of service. I don’t understand how can a people manage these with such low expectations. They were not in uniform and they were not wearing caps to protect from hair and she was touching food without gloves and touch the floor and didn’t wash her hand and touch the food right away.

I went there with the code for buy one get one free any sandwich. We four cousin had ordered fires last week and saw that we can get sandwiches for free.. than we start doing the reviews and gave them good reviews but they told me I have to bring in the receipt but I didn’t had them so I order something so I can get the receipt and did the reviews and got the code and I ask one of the customers whom I knew 3 year ago to get me another pair of Sandwiches which I will pay for but it’s seem like they didn’t like that I was using my Brain and ordering BOG sandwiches. There is nothing that say limited for only one person in family. Yet I ask them that the uncle is ordering which is different person but she said with this attitude she is not serving me. I simple ask for her name but start speaking in Spanish . At first place they need to have name tag on each of the employees while they are clock in. The manager needs...

Mcdonald's is a reliablely good source of food. I was there for breakfast, which is pretty good. The coffee is good as usual; the flavor is mild with very little bitterness, which I like. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with an egg; I received a mcmuffin with Canadian bacon. I waited to eat until I got home, so now I check my order before I leave. The last item I ordered was a blueberry muffin. Over the last two months, I have tried multiple times to get a good pastry and all three of the pastry offerings leave much to be desired. The blueberry muffin was lacking in sweetness and had the texture of a cake drowned in oil. The apple fritter lacked apples, was greasy and suffered from a gritty glaze that left my teeth hurting. The cinnamon roll was lacking in cinnamon, the pastry was dry and the whole mess was drowned in a very sweet glaze. If you want a really good selection of pastry, drive west on Lawrenceville to QT.
