Stopped in here because we haven't ate at Ruby Tuesday in years and it used to be good and we were all hungry. We're foodies and so is our 6 year old who's never are at a Ruby Tuesday. Will never eat at a Ruby's again after this. Way overpriced for the quality of food. I got my old usual, the new Orleans seafood. Quality was terrible. Parm cream sauce isn't as good as it used to be. Flavor wasn't there. My husband and our child both got ribeyes which came out with all the fat trimmed off, so much grisle you couldn't cut into it and GRAY because THEY MICROWAVED A 25 DOLLAR STEAK. It tasted even worse than it looked. My daughter tried to just eat hers ( waz want she said she wanted to do bc she was hungry and didn't wanna wait longer on food) but left most of it, didn't even wanna bring home the leftovers, which there usually isn't any when we give her a ribeye. I ended up sending my husband's back bc it was SO. MUCH. grisle he literally COULDN'T eat it even tho he tried bc he doesn't like complaining at restaurants. But when the new one came out. Gray meat again. Tasted awful, no flavor really, like it had been microwaved or boiled and then seared on grill for a few seconds to give appearance of grill marks. How do u mess up a ribeye, even if it had zero seasoning or was a little overcooked even? Its a ribeye!? Just completely shameful. Our waitress was nice and attentive. We DID ask if the steak would be cooked in butter and told her our daughter has a dairy allergy. (Not anaphalactic, thankfully). She said they don't cook them with butter but then her plate came out swimming in it. Even if it was veggies that were cooked with butter, we told her about her allergy?! Place was dead at lunch time, no customers hardly. We got husband's steak comped. Left it there obviously because it was THAT bad. And like I said, we won't...
Read moreWe are here last night. Our food was good. Our “waitress” not so much. We asked the two young girls at the front if we could sit at the table by the bar and they looked at each other like we asked the wrong question but said yeah sure! We go to sit down and there’s a red hair girl and our waitress standing with her and while we are sitting the woman who ends up being our waitress yells at the red head “ why are they seating me I told them not to seat me?!?” The red hair girl told her it was ok and to go outside and she would help us The red hair girl (I didn’t catch her name) was nice to us and took our drink orders and brought them to us then told us our server would be with us shortly. We waited probably around 5 to 10 minutes and the red hair girl came back and apologized for the wait and asked if we’d like any appetizers then took our food order. The only time our waitress even came up to us was 10-20 minutes later when she finally came out of the back and came up to ask if anyone had taken our order Although you could hear her in the back being rude and barking orders to the other staff and presumably the cooks the entire duration of our visit. I think she once more to see if we needed a refill before asking us when we were done if we were ready to pay. I don’t know who the red hair girls name was but if we ever decide to come back I would much rather have her especially when the other girl seems to just like to yell at everyone or act like her customers are an inconvenience I don’t know why anyone would let her be a waitress let alone ba bartender when it didn’t seem like she could handle...
Read moreMy elderly Mother and I arrived about 3:56 pm. We patiently waited about 5 mn, when a young red headed lady (apparently the hostess) finally told us it was shift change and would be a few minutes. No problem-we sat down in the lobby area and waited. As we were sitting there waiting, several of the employees arrived and walked through the doors close to where we were sitting. For the most part, most of them seemed distressed, like they just didn’t really want to be there; except for one unique young lady. She was right in the mix with everyone that walked in, but she took the time to look at my Mother and I and say “hello” with the prettiest smile. I know that was not required, but she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We continued to wait patiently. After about a 10 minute wait, we were seated by one of the female employees that just really did not want to be there. She was very cold and unfriendly. As we sat there in our booth, I told my mom that I really hoped we would get to be waited on by the young lady that was so kind to us. We sat in our booth about another seven or eight minutes, when our walked that beautiful young lady, with the prettiest smile 😊 Just as soon as she got to us, she apologized for the wait, and was very kind. She was so accommodating in every way. If we ever go back, we will definitely ask for Khalil B. I don’t know if Ruby Tuesday people actually look at these reviews, but I hope she receives some recognition for the way she handled the...
