Tint and Audio Customs — Local services in Scottsboro

I am giving it a one star rating because I have had a lot of problems and it is extremely annoying. I have also communicated the issues too and I feel like they were not taken seriously and there was not a reasonable solution. My radio constantly shuts off. I have to unplug my phone and then plug it back in for the radio to work basically every time I drive. The radio also shuts off multiple times as I am driving. I paid $500 for something that hardly works. I communicated the issue and they said my radio might have to be directly connected to the fuse box because the radio they installed is currently sharing power with the original radio. If this was a known potential problem, I don’t understand why it was not connected to the fuse box to begin with. I feel like I should not have to repay for something that was their mistake. Spending quarantine in Scottsboro, decided to get a much needed tint job on my 2000 Grand Marquis. After sorting through reviews of places I decided on going with T&A customs. After getting the tint and having waited the 3 days for the tint to fully dry I can honestly say I'm blown away by both the service AND the results that I got. One of the worst experiences of my life. Had an appointment at 10am. Came back after 11 and he stayed on the phone till 1 and I left after 2. Very disappointing. Some phone calls are important but it was ridiculous. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience anything similar.
