Bubble Bee — Restaurant in Scottsdale

This place should train their employee better way. I was there today 4 pm with my young one and had a very unpleasant biased treatment experience. I tried not to complain or lose my temper with her in front of my child. First, I went into the shop, no one was working, and we patiently waited until the employee showed up from the back kitchen. When I ordered my tea, her response was, " What did you say?" with a tone which made me feel mistreated. From that moment on, she treated us in a biased and assaultive manner, from credit card payments to getting my cups of tea. Sorry, I am not overreacting to a teenage employee over there. I know what this treatment meant. I have been through like this many times and know how to deal with it. But I didn't want to do it on the spot in front of my child. Probably, the store does not have a training system for their employees about treating customers right. BTW, my cup was not sealed correctly and split by grabbing. When I asked to reseal it, her facial expression was even worse. On top of that, I asked her for another straw, and she almost threw one at me. I would never return to this location or any other Bubble bee store. I will share this experience with others who would like to come to this place. Terrible customer service. I always visit here when I’m at the quarter. I go in and get the same drink every time. I was so bummed as I was excited to get my treat after dinner! I literally crave this place! But the girl tonight was rude and put out to say the least. The people I was with had questions and had never been there before and probably won’t go back after tonight .I was so embarrassed as I had hyped this place up and they were excited to go. She did not even make eye contact and we had asked questions. She would only tell us which area to look under on the menu and that’s it. Never made eye contact with any of us just sat staring at the register. We all 3 just walked out. Which is not good considering there’s a boba spot 2 doors down that I went to and will continue to go to. There they were courteous and friendly and didn’t mind any questions we had. I encouraged everyone that was heading to bubblebee to go to the boba spot 2 doors down. Save them the experience of this incredibly rude girl. I will continue to deter people from visiting this place again. I want to spend my hard earned money with people who want my business. Lost 3 customers in less than 1 minute. Customer service...

Terrible experience .... except for the cashier who was patient with us placing the order.... being from Las Vegas we love our boba tea but Bubble Bee's modern take on boba milk tea was a bit confusing to us. The menu was small and seemed to contain many complex drinks; but the cashier helped us to order a couple Thai Milk Teas and Honey Dew Milk Teas. When our order was up I asked the young girl who'd placed the "order up" which drinks were which. She was so rushed and saying the names so fast I couldn't catch what she was saying.... and asked her to repeat herself threes times... even apologized for being new to Bubble Bee and from out of town...... not too mention the order was missing the milk from what we expected to be milk-tea. The boba and lychee were of the "popping bubble" variety vs the traditional lychee fruit you'd get from China town in Vegas... Extremely turned off by the mess behind the counter and the young girls obvious lack of patience and customer...
