I was referred to Lisa and Ron at Galicia Fine Jewelers in 2005. They created a unique and beautiful engagement ring and eventually designed our wedding rings which turned out great! I recently went to go see Lisa and Ron to design a 10 year wedding anniversary band for my wife. They were awesome to work with again! They were great listeners to exactly what I wanted them to create for my wife. There was no pressure, I was treated like a friend/family member and they worked with my budget. Lisa sent me photos of what she thought would be the perfect ring and I loved it. I really appreciated their attention to every last detail which was very comforting throughout the process. When I went to pick it up, it was absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t have been happier when I saw the ring! They exceeded my expectations again and I had another great buying experience with Lisa and Ron. My wife was so surprised and she loves her new diamond anniversary band!
If you’re looking into buying a new piece of jewelry, I would highly recommend calling Lisa and Ron first. They offer better designs, the quality of gem stones they offer is so much better and you’re going to have a much better overall experience than any of the chain stores. They’re very friendly and so are their associates, Lisa is a great designer, they’re both very knowledgeable and they take their time to design the perfect piece of jewelry you have envisioned. I highly recommend Lisa and Ron and I’m confident you will be very happy with your customer...
Read moreI couldn’t be happier with my experience at Galacia with Lisa. I had been to 21 other jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring. What I was looking for wasn’t exactly traditional. I wanted to find a Colombian Emerald in an Asscher cut that was a very specific color. I also wanted to have shield cut diamonds for the sides. I knew no one would have this in store but was hopeful someone could find it. 15 of the places flat out told me no chance. 6 other jewelers attempted to find it but nothing they sent me was even close. Everyone told me that I could have a cushion cut but not what the one I was looking for. When I came to Lisa I was getting kind of hopeless. When I showed her the picture of what I wanted she explained what an asscher cut was and why it was so difficult to find. She then assured me she could do it. About a week later she called to let me know she had some options. One of which was an old 1950’s cocktail ring with the exact cut, size, color, and grade Colombian emerald I was looking for. She then found me the shield cut side diamonds needed and helped me pick out the setting. When the ring came back it was EXACTLY like the picture of what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend anyone I could to check out their store. If you have an idea of what you want and you don’t see it, I’m sure Lisa could track it...
Read moreLove this place! I was shopping for an engagement ring, and I had looked everywhere -- all the big chains, plus several smaller shops in this area. I wasn't satisfied no matter where I went; either the salesmen were pushy, or the diamond and ring prices were astronomical, or the jewelry selection was subpar/didn't fit what I was looking for.
On a whim, I randomly walked into Galicia when I happened to be in the area. Lisa was immediately warm and welcoming. She discussed possible options with me, patiently explained what style/color/gold type would look the best with my particular diamond, and was never the least bit pushy and never rushed me into a decision. She also quoted me very reasonable prices.
After we agreed on a design, Lisa was available by text or call during the entire process to answer questions and give me updates. Ultimately the ring was finished in the exact amount of time she told me it would be, and it turned out gorgeously. From start to finish they were professional and helpful, and I never once felt uncomfortable or worried. I would highly recommend Galicia for anyone's jewelry needs, and I look forward to working with them in the future! Oh and my fiancé...
