I will never visit this location not company again & will not make any purchases for my daughters after today's experience. I came to the store to find something my daughter wanted for her birthday. I was on a video call all the way up to and inside the store. I came in without a mask on because that is my choice, I was alone and not exposed, not infected. Andrew employee saw me, made eye contact and continued about her way of folding clothing, with no greeting whatsoever. I continued into the store deeper, all the while with the music nearly blaring, as I neared the area in proximity to the registers. A blonde employee, stands, staring sternly and holding temporary masks, then says you need a mask & I indicate no. This is because I had one in my pocket while on my call. Please keep in mind no one was with me nor near my six foot area. She continued on, saying put a mask on or I can take my conversation outside and continued speaking in a rude manner as I walked on & put my mask on. Not once was I asked if I need helped but was treated in an aggressively rude manner. I remained calm and did not speak to her negatively which 9 of 10 times would have been done so. I am not sure if this is on the individual or how training is being done, but thinking partof retail success of how you treat customers for brand loyalty & recognition. I am appalled at how this employee treated me in the store and will share my experience with others...

I came in here to try and do an exchange on a shirt that got a snag in it, before even wearing it. This location didn't carry the shirt and the employee left it at that. I had to ask her to call the other location (where I originally got it from) to find out if they had my size... and I told her if that didn't work, she could order it for me to be shipped to the store. I realize I could've done both of those, but I also realize it's part of their job in retail and providing customer service. One of my favorite stores. They always have something new and different. Their dresses are adorable and I love that they have records and other random little gadgets and books. Always entertaining to walk around and check out that section. I like that they have men and women clothing as well. And their sale section is always good and something cool can always be found in there without having to rummage through big mess like...
