I wouldn't bother posting this review if it wasn't for their entire ad campaign including the phrase "Freaky Fast" on everything from the T-shirts the employees wear, to their cups, to their drive-thru window advertising, it all says freaky fast. I even commented to the manager while I was waiting at the drive-thru that I thought they should change their slogan. She replied, "at least I didn't say what another customer said which was they should change it to freaky slow." I replied that I had just kept that part to myself. Lol.
I had intended to go to Portillo's for lunch, but I saw they had a line and I was hungry, so I decided to go through the Jimmy John's drive-thru instead, as there were only two cars in line. I think I would have been through Portillo's faster; sorry I didn't pay attention to the cars in the drive-thru just for my mental verification.
I ordered a number five Vito combo meal with no cheese, extra dressing, and cut in half. It took about 15 minutes for the other two cars ahead of me to get their food, and for me to get to the window. I didn't see what the front car ordered, but I did watch the car in front of me, because I was curious if maybe they had a big order, as they were in line for such a long time. No, it looked like just a regular bag.
When I got to the window, the guy operating the drive-thru seemed definitely confused about something and spent a long time kind of filling my soda and contemplating something while doing it. That was when I commented to the manager that walked by that they should change their slogan. She did apologize and say that they had new staff. It was then that another guy came over and told me that the lady ahead of me had "grabbed the wrong sandwich and driven off with mine and left hers there." And that they would have to remake mine.
Now this makes no sense. How could the lady in the drive-thru ahead of me that I watched be handed her bag and drive away "grab the wrong sandwich???" They handed her the bag, so obviously they gave her the wrong sandwich and then just put the blame on the customer. Ridiculous!
So, I sat there for another literal five plus minutes while they remade my sandwich. Finally having my beverage my chips and my sandwich, I drove away to park it in a tiny patch of shade and eat my lunch.
Well, I waited all that time for a sandwich that was remade specifically for me, yet nobody read the directions for the sandwich. It most definitely had cheese I had to peel off and so little dressing I reopened the sub two additional times to see if there was even any on it. Considering how long I waited for the first sandwich and how hungry I was, there was no way I was going back to have it remade a third time. So I just ate it as it was. :-(
In conclusion, I would say do not go to Jimmy John's unless you have a lot of time on your hands, don't care if your sandwich is made right, and just generally don't give a s* about what you eat for lunch. Because this is not a good experience. Next time I'll just wait in the line...

It is too bad one bad apple can have such a negative affect on a business, but at the same time one really great employee can positively affect a business too, and that is exactly what has happened here. Carly is the new GM here, and she has made an EXCELLENT difference. We have place additional orders with them, and our food orders are on time, are 100% correct, and the food is delicious (which we never had an issue on this part). I would like to point out that JJ's corporate office contacted us, and then had area manager Tanner reach out to us, who was very responsive and courteous to our issues. JJ's has been very professional and helpful overall, and we appreciate and thank them very much for that. Keep up the great work!
--------- Previous review from March 2018 --------------- No matter how many times our office orders from them, our orders are almost always screwed up. Missing sandwiches, no condiments, and the level of caring is really sub-par. This is not the experience I personally have had at other JJ locations, so one has to assume the store manager is responsible for these fiascos. This is a high-profile location; it seems they need to hire more people so they can get deliveries out on time and accurate. We will need to look at other business lunch...
Read morei went through the drive thru at 7p.m and i pulled up to the window and this big old woman who apparently is the manager was giving me my order and this young girl was behind her with a sign that said “help me, she is crazy” then the old one saw the sign and started yelling at the poor girl and they started cursing at each other and apparently she pulled out a knife, she wasn’t making the sandwich or doing anything where a knife should be in her hand. i didn’t see the knife but the young girl yelled that she has a knife and I had to sit there for 3 minutes with them yelling at each other. no one else but me was in the line. i got my order and they forgot the chips😔 i do not think any of this is the young girls fault, i believe the workers at this establishment are mistreated by the mean ugly manager there and she should be fired or demoted, preferably fired😁 also most jimmy johns employees suck as i have noticed, all the stores near me have 2 stars. don’t understand why they can’t hire honest good...
