If I could give zero stars I would...worst customer service with zero communication of what they are doing. Ordered midnight mocha frap and waited 5 minutes before being told they did not have ingredients to make. They did not apologize for the inconvenience whatsoever...I respectfully requested my money back and barista took other customers before attending to my refund which took three people to figure out since the two baristas did not know how. Frys manager assisted and also had no amiable customer service and no apology for the 25 minute inconvenience. After finally getting my money back there was no eye contact or words spoken to apologize for the waste of time and inconvenience. We had to go back to the Starbucks and get my receipt which was given to me after being eye rolled.
