If I could give zero stars I would...worst customer service with zero communication of what they are doing. Ordered midnight mocha frap and waited 5 minutes before being told they did not have ingredients to make. They did not apologize for the inconvenience whatsoever...I respectfully requested my money back and barista took other customers before attending to my refund which took three people to figure out since the two baristas did not know how. Frys manager assisted and also had no amiable customer service and no apology for the 25 minute inconvenience. After finally getting my money back there was no eye contact or words spoken to apologize for the waste of time and inconvenience. We had to go back to the Starbucks and get my receipt which was given to me after being eye rolled. I am not a pushy customer at any place since I tend to give the employee a chance, but this was the worst experience at any business I have been to. Will definitely not be returning to either of...

Order our usual and they made drink wrong so I asked if they could make it again. Veronica responded but it says Carmel and I respond no Carmel in mocha. Veronica was very rude and told the other ppl waiting some people are just not happy. I did turn around and responded I'm happy just want what I ordered. Maybe when I was placing the order if she would have stopped talking and just listened to what I ordered she would have got it right the first time. Nice place, friendly drive-thru. I was traveling through, and I did notice with the first drink that the shots in my iced mocha were not only not burnt, but the cup was probably swirled with mocha in it as the shots pulled so it incorporated smoothly and had that nice sweetness.
