Now everyone knows Beyonce' shops at Target. Now imagine I'm Beyonce and then read my review. If this happened to Beyonce' in NORTH Scotttsdale somebody would have been fired the day this happened and it would have made news. Too bad I'm just a Native American with no relation to Queen B. shift leader is (incompetent). Target Store and Starbucks is ran terribly. I'm pretty sure the manager for Starbucks is racist because she wasted my time and didn't take me seriously. Even though she is the manager of a Starbucks her job is service and she's terrible at it. Im glad I don't work for her or this target cause I would be an idiot to work under an incompetent shift leader. I shop at this Target all the time so they will be seeing me plenty more. Manager Kevin didn't even have the decency to apologize for how rude and unprofessional his employees are. Regardless if he is the manager of Starbucks or target. I received the least amount of customer service from this establishment and I really was excited to try and work with target as a student who needs a schedule that fits with my school schedule. I'm available 6 days a week for flexible work and I didn't even get a consideration or call back for the job and I live in the neighborhood literally on the same street the target is on only a walking distance away and I have my own car!! Read moreI never usually go through the drive thru at this location since it’s next to my work. But I come to this location very frequently before work in the morning and the one time I come through the drive thru I was disappointed. I was in a great mood wanting to try something new and ended with a terrible experience. I ordered a lavender green tea lemonade and when I went to pickup my order I doublechecked that it had lavender because the drink didn’t look right and she said that it doesn’t come with it. And I told her that I asked to add lavender in it and she said that it’s for the matcha drink did I want that one? I told her no I wanted the lavender green tea lemonade. So she was confused and still asked me after a 3rd time so did you want the matcha instead and I said no again. She stood there for a minute and I asked to have lavender added and she FINALLY asked someone to add lavender to it after going back and forth in the drive thru for a good minute. Then she turned to me with a rude face and told me it would be right out. After I got it I was still nice and said thank you very much but I was not happy and didn’t want to deal with the trouble, but I left that location feeling like she made such a big deal for asking to add lavender and just disrespected overall and what was even worse the drink didn’t even taste good so it seemed like they didn’t even care and were rude just because they got my order wrong. Read moreI had the worst experience here this morning! I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, cold brew, and a water cup. After waiting about 15 minutes for the order, that should have taken under five minutes, I went up to the bar and saw a bagel with my name on it, sitting where the mobile orders go. Not only was my bagel not called out to me but it was the wrong bagel. I told the barista this and she did not apologize and was rude to ME for messing up MY order. After receiving the right bagel, I sat down and ate it, and waited another ten minutes, and then went back to the bar to see if my cold brew was ready. The barista told me that the cold brew was never made, so I had to wait for them to make it. I literally ordered it black with no syrup, this is one of the easiest drinks to make at Starbucks. I never received the water cup and was late to class because of all of these mistakes. I have been working at a Starbucks myself for the past three years. I know my order was very simple and should not have taken any more than 5 minutes to make, considering the store was not even busy!!!!
