To me it's amazing but Einstein Bagels gives more views thin any of my reviews I have absolutely no clue why but saying tyet saying that I have something good to say about this store, actually something very great👍!
To keep it simple it's simple I have just deleted the absolute worst review I have ever written anyone anywhere one anywhere anytime about this Einstein. I am not going into the reasons but things are all different now- because I just happened to come in here now and met Cheyenne who is the new GM
She actually saw my old review and the review and she was very apologetic and yeah yeah still good as a customer again.
Also when I answered the workers actually seemed happyeah seemed happy I was helped quickly and everybody was very attentive so I will be coming here again.
Dear Einstein corporate I have had thousands of people read your old review soverview so what's Cheyenne just did well she was just being herself it's a shelf which you've got and all it's got an awesome new GM here..

Read moreOrdered online. Picked up. When opened : the lox sandwich was half the size (plain bagel is the size of golf ball with a touch of salmon) and the heavenly chocolate chip cookie was 2 days expired….
Follow up : After reaching out to customer service they suggested to refund .....! I now lowered the review to 1 star !
This is not a matter of money or refunds. Offering a refund does not address the underlying problem, nor does it make things right.
Is issuing a refund truly the only way Einstein Bagel handles serious concerns about expired products and food quality?
What needs to happen instead is the following:
Upper management should conduct an in-person visit to the location in question.
The performance and conduct of every staff member at the facility should be carefully reviewed and corrected where necessary.
Regular and unannounced quality audits should be implemented.
Most importantly, the manager and staff should be re-trained on the standards, expectations, and values that your brand is supposed to uphold.
This is a matter of food safety and brand integrity—not just customer...

I arrived well within the store’s posted hours to order a bagel, but A.J. refused to complete my order because she didn’t want to take the time to make fresh eggs.
