US Egg Brunch + Cocktails — Restaurant in Scottsdale

When asking to be seated in a location I would not have people sitting behind me I received a attitude. The you lady hosting did not look happy from the min I walked in. She ended up sitting me with my back to the window and the street… at that point I let it go an just made do. ashamed she did not get the point or understand an put me in a worse position. Upon being there the waiter was friendly and well enough. I was on a conference call when my food was served an she didn’t notice I did not have a fork. (Also my fault for not being it up to her sooner) but if I had a complaint about that it was where I was sat she could not see me behind a pillar! I sat there for 7 min before another lady at the host are look towards me and I motioned I did not have a fork. She promptly brought me a fork. She also came by to check on me later ( but I was on a call) I really appreciate the check In from her. Food was goo had the chicken fried steak and eggs with protein pancakes. The atmosphere was really kinda stand off ish. Towards the end of my time they sat a couple and they were not talkative to each other or anyone. Even when I apologized for being on the phone the Lady replied with out even making eye contact “it’s ok”. The male rolled his eyes. I noticed a lot of people in the location had a kind of stand off kind of way about them. Over all was a experience I will never put myself...

We ate at this location a while ago, and it was great. So when we got the coupon, we thought we would try it again. The food was awful. The eggs tasted like they used old oil and it was rancid. I asked if they had pepperjack cheese, and the waitress said no, only Jack cheese. I said that was not an issue. When I got the omelet, it was filled with jalapeño peppers. Not just a few but filled with them. I had to take them out of the eggs. The English muffin was soggy- like it was toasted and then sat under a light for a long time. Most of my omelet as well as the English muffin and hash browns were left on my plate. The waitress never asked if anything was wrong. Then I handed her the coupon for 'buy one entree get one... free'. The bill only took off $5 for 2 - $16 meals... when I asked why she said that there is small print under the coupon that read "with the purchase of 2 beverages". I showed her the coupon at the start when we ordered, and she said nothing about the beverages. It was not until we received the bill that she mentioned it. There are multiple reasons I would not return to U.S. Egg; the quality of the food(which made me ill within the hour), and the staff not pointing out the beverages are a few of the reasons. I do not recommend...

Googled for a breakfast restaurant that had a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich for my husband, and they did not disappoint! The sourdough bread was soft and buttery. The bacon was delicious. My Hawkeye omelet was Everything! 3 egg omelet, FILLED with chicken, bacon and cheese, topped with avocado. The lightly smokey bacon complimented the chicken so well. The Guatemalan Roast coffee was strong, smooth, and balanced. My personal happy note was to find Smuckers Mixed Jelly for my wheat toast!!! 😋 Our server Ashley was so friendly and informative. It was good to know that this is a family ran, local chain where the owners' sons and daughter run every location. Their pride is reflective in the atmosphere and the staff. This was our 1st time visiting while on vacation, but it definitely won't be our last...
