Electric City Pizza — Restaurant in Scranton

I put in an order through Grubhub, 25 minutes before this place stopped taking orders, and an hour and 25 minutes before they closed. Said they accepted it, it was in process of being made, and then right when it looked like the driver was picking it up to deliver, they cancelled the entire order on me. I moved today and I’m exhausted and I couldn’t wait for the food to get delivered so I could eat and go to sleep. I want to cry right now. Would’ve been nice to know they were just going to cancel my order an hour and a half ago. Terrible customer service and it was the first time I was going to try this place. I will never order from this place again....

The pizza itself was excellent, the only problem is both my pizza's were very undercooked. I had to just throw them in the oven. When I give this place a second try and receive fully cooked pizzas I will definitely give this place 5 stars and will update this review! Also if you read this review the place is inside subway.
