Tequila Mexican Grill and bar — Restaurant in Scranton

Wow. I don't even know where to begin. Absolutely blown away with our entire experience at Tequila. The restaurant and bar itself is very nice. As soon as you walk in it just has a very comfortable ambiance. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender, whose name was Vanessa I believe. She was so nice. And extremely talented. She was making margaritas at a rapid rate, taking orders, serving the bar and socializing with all the patrons. She's for sure a big asset to this place. We started with margaritas, which are $5 all day every day btw. Delicious. We got guacamole and chips as an app and it was on point. Seasoned perfectly with nice under tones of cilantro and jalapeno. For dinner we got a steak and chicken fajita bowl and shrimp and mahi mahi tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious. So the web site states that they are open until 10pm the sign on the door said 930. My husband walk ovet from our hotel because we are in from out of town and wanted mexican and a few drinks. we walked in at 845 and the waitress screams thats they close at 9. i express that we came from out of tow. she proceeds to tell me that it was my problem i should have gotten there earlier she proceeds to rip the paper thay clearly states the time. I was in the mood for Mexican food and was recommended this place from the owner. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted and sat by the bar.
