Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seabrook

This morning I went into your Dunkin at 6:50am and was met by what I have to say is the rudest employee I have ever come across. She not only was rude to each and every customer but she slid what I thought was my order across the counter and she said here and turned away. I grabbed the coffee and walked over to the line at the gas station to pay for a few items and she yelled across the store and said you took the wrong drink , so I walked back over and was met with hostility yet again and was made to beleive it was my fault. This is not going to be tolerated and I know this won't be addressed as I read all the other reviews and it all says the same thing. The employee tried to publicly embarrass another customer as I walked away. This is the worst run Dunkin allowing a worker like that representing your image and your company which is probably why your rated a 3.6...

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Darlene the manager was absolutely horrible! She not only did not know what she was talking about she did not accept my rewards coupon, basically I had to reach in and take my own rewards coupon back after she charged me full price because she wasn’t giving it back and then she told me that she’s worked there 20 years and have never ever ever ever have accepted free drink coupons! Basically she’s out of her mind, she was extremely rude, threaten to call the cops and then wouldn’t give me back my free drink coupon STAY THE HELL AWAY from that Dunkin’ Donuts and this was on a holiday too so totally uncalled for an absolutely disgraceful to the company and the brand! Definitely calling...

Haven't even left the property yet because I wanted to get my review out there. Went in to get coffee 5 mins ago and was greeted by Zach. He took my order correctly the first time, entered it in pretty fast and made my coffee very quickly. From the time he asked "how can I help you" to "have a nice night man" took not even 3 minutes. Coffee taste amazing and will definitely return. Definitely an impressive experience especially after my hour long drive home from work. Seems like he knows what hes doing an then some.
