Let me first start out saying are experience with Matthew was great in finding the home we were looking for. We were shown a double wide that was right next to there office and fell in love with it. We ordered it exactly the way the model was except different color in the kitchen. The tile in the master shower was one of the things that sold us on. We ordered it during the summer month and it took longer than normal because of all the covid problems but that was not Reliables fault. Once the home shows up at are property and put together we then discovered that the tile in the master bath room was nothing like the model. Bringing this to Matthew's attention he pretty well washed his hands of anything with the the home. His comment was that was a manufacture issue and I would have to deal with service on it. Luci contacted the manufacturey and the rep. said the tile that was in the model had been discontinued and it was replace by what we got. No were at any time we were notified that the tile was being change for are approval. The tile is nowhere close to what we were sold on. Clayton homes rep. than said we could pick from another tile they had, but all of the selection was not close to the color and the tile size was 12x24 and not 12x12 that was in the model. To this day nothing has been resolved, Clayton Homes have pretty well washed there hands of thisand so has Reliable Homes of Sealy. There's alot of blame to go around but in the end we did not get what was sold to us. Very disappointed with Clayton Homes for not jumping thru hoops to make this right and for Reliable Homes of Sealy for not fighting for us to resolve this issue. The realtor plays customer and management side and had lacked communication on the process since the application was completed resulting in miscommunication, utilities being delayed, and money mishandled. We had damaged to our home we had to fight to get fixed, and when they were- it was done poorly and with poor attitude. Iām frustrated with the business and the realtors and service department. The General manager is unprofessional and gaslights customers. He even stated heās only in the business for money. Iād suggest researching other home companies, or risk being treated poorly and now having your home completed.

Contract has SKJ in for hooking up electrical- customers should not owe additional funds due to negligence on business end. It took almost little over a year for me to finally make my decision and I had to do almost the walk of shame lol! Came back and my surprised was that Chantel remembered me and was still really nice to me and boy do i regret not buying the first time i came to this location. Prices have gone way up thanks but Chantel was again really kind and helpful that was able to help me and was able to get me a really good deal that i could not pass on it.
