Honestly just the worst service for a place that charges so much for their food and has such small portions. The whole experience was a mess. After being seated, and placing our order, it was like we were completely forgotten about. After waiting well over 15 minutes just for water and soda, a new waiter came over to our table informing us that he was taking over our table. He quickly went over our order, but it was as if it never got put in to begin with. Why our initial waitress stopped waiting on us, I have now idea. She continued to work other tables and it’s not like we were rude at any point so who knows. Anyway, it took and hour….yes a real hour, just for an appetizer to come out. Right before it did, our waiter asked us if we had gotten anything yet and we said no. He almost seemed to be coming over to our table to take a new order( which if it was the case, it would have been the 3 time going over what we wanted). He informed us that our entree was going to be worked on to eventually be brought out. After we said we would just like to cancel the entrees, simply because enough was enough with the unnecessary length of wait time and complete inefficiency of how things were ran, he pretty much told us we couldn’t cancel the entree because it was partially made. Now it seemed like it had not even been started just moments earlier. Our waiter said he would talk to the chef to speed the process up and our food finally came out. Being dumped off on another server the way we were basically started our already long wait all over again. I don’t think I’ve seen a more disorganized, mismanaged establishment. Restaurant brings you through the front door into the fish market which isn't bad but then through an area where the bussers bring the dirty plates, waitress’ pos systems and new table set ups. Very strange. Once outside atmosphere was great. Friendly patrons great views. We were extremely hungry from traveling all day so we tried to put in our apps. Unfortunately the waitress advised us that they would need the entire order at once. Oooook so ??? We ordered oysters, calamari with Fra Diavlo, mahi mahi with fresh pineapple and risotto, my daughter had penne vodka with shrimp. My granddaughter wanted linguine/marinara. After ordering, the waitress asked us if apps could come out first.. we obviously said yes please. So about 30 mins later our mains come out. No apps. Penned vodka wasn't bad but the shrimp on top extremely overcooked. As soon as we took one bite, the food runner finally decides to bring the calamari but no oysters? Calamari also was not bad but there was hot sauce in the marinara to spice up the sauce over chili flakes. It was very strange… when we mentioned to one of the food runners that this was what we tasted.. he sat there for two minutes arguing that it was not hot sauce, that it was just spicy marinara. I wouldn't say i have a degree in fra diavlo sauce but were Italian.. I'm pretty sure its safe to say we know how it should taste like. Mahi was extremely overcooked with canned pineapple and overcooked rice no risotto. At this point we were over it. No one was listening us, waitress came over annoyed that we didn't like our food. We had a reservation for 7:45 pm. We arrived at 7:35 and they immediately told us it would be 10-15 minutes before our table was ready, which is perfectly reasonable. However, at the 15 minute mark, they told us it was 5 more minutes. 5 minutes later, they came back and said someone was just paying and it would be 5 more minutes. Ultimately, we did not get seated until 20 minutes AFTER our reservation. We hoped that was the end of the issues, unfortunately it was not. We brought 2 bottles of wine, and they brought us wine glasses for the table. We noticed 2 of the glasses had lipstick stains and sent them back. Our server brought new glasses, but 1 of them still had a lipstick stain so it took 3 tries to get clean glasses. A member of our party ordered a Diet Pepsi which took at least 20 minutes to come out (we had to follow up on it) and then once it finally came out, it was very obviously flat. They brought out an additional seafood platter that no one ordered and we had to tell them to take it back. One member of our party ordered pasta primavera, which did not cheese listed in the description. When the plate came out, we noticed that the plate was finished with mozzarella cheese, which was an issue because she was vegan. We told the server, and he was very visibly annoyed about the change, even though it was not listed on the menu.
