7-Eleven — Restaurant in Seaside Park

I've been going to this location for the last 30 years I never a problem with the employees until two weeks ago when i went into the store play my lottery there was two women at he counter they both refused to play lottery for they claimed they didn't know how to play the numbers i tried to explain to them what i wanted at this point i was told to shut up and leave the store i complained to the manager the next day he said he confront the employee. A week later i went back hoping these two wouldn't be there one of the workers was there she just refused to help me again i was to leave i wa so embarrassed in front of the customers again i complained to the manager he told me i was rude to them fast forward to this weekend i dropped off someone in front of the store they called the cops saying that was told to stay off the property this so embarrassing to me i spoke again to the manager today i was im not allowed to go into the store they need to get rid of these rude employees and the manager stop taking...

This location in Seaside on Central has to be the dirtiest one by far. They have 1 person tending the store so when the morning rush comes in coffees aren't being made after the first run of opening. I politely asked the woman behind the register to pls make more coffee because it was empty, she growled at me nd said "well I'm the only one here so that's why its empty". Slamming things as she made the coffee. I thanked her for doing so nd she walked away without saying a word. A little advice to the owner of the store. The help wanted sign is up because of the ppl your hiring. Find better ppl with a lot more customer service nd ppl won't complain as much. One person truly can't mind a store with out of towners nd morning work commuters. So needless to say as sit here writing this review I have my fresh hot cup of coffee or I'd really rip you a new one .. rude ppl don't make it in this world so when interviewing make it a priority to do diligence for your customers as well....

This particular location has the most unprofessional, demeaning and nasty female employee that should be fired by the owner Mike but for some reason he always take her side and then BANS the customer!! Also, they do not correctly price there foods in accordance with the other 7-11 standards for what items can be purchased with food stamps. This location is not even listed with the BBB of Ocean County. If it weren't for the manager whose name is barely pronounceable but has a lot of Z's in it, the store would be ok. Mike the owner, you should really listen to your customers and value their opinion and business over your self-righteous...
