Emily was excellent and assisting me with shopping. She literally got on a ladder to climb up and get me hats on and see which ones looked the best…. I wound up getting four of them!!!! She literally looked at my face my face shape how My outfit looked to see what I was wearing and make sure that she picked out the hat that would be appropriate for me. After that she noticed that I was wearing a necklace but with no bracelet… Emily was sure enough that she would find me and bracelet that matched my necklace. Joey was behind us the whole time making sure that everything was A OK. between the two of them I cannot be happier the way they assisted me and found everything that is fitting on me so well is just amazing… Beyond happy and this is why I come here every single time I’m in Seaside which is like every month !! Love this place LOVE Emily !! Joey is excellent as well !! You guys ROCK!!!!! YOUUUU guys need raises. I was in the store for maybe thirty seconds and i noticed the (obviously fake) sonny angel dolls, and one of them had been opened. So i picked it up, looked inside honestly to see if they were fake, and then from across the store this lady yelled at me that i couldnt open them. Which is honestly completely understandable, but it was open already so i didnt think much of it. I said sorry, i closed it and put it back on the shelf. Then she came back over by us and stood really really aggressively close to us. My friend said excuse me to her, and she refused to move and gave us a really nasty look, blocking the mirror. My friend just asked if she could have a look in the mirror, and she replied “no, i have to stand here.” my friend asked why she isnt allowed to look in the mirror, and she said “because i feel like it.” So we kind of laughed and walked out, saying we won’t be returning again, and while glaring at us she said “okay bye.” So we immediately walked out and wont be...

On August 22, 2024, my friend and I went inside and was just looking around when the man behind the counter (pretty sure the owner) came to us and started talking to us. It was fine, at first, but as my friend was looking at jewelry, he goes, "I liked your movie, by the way." My friend and I were confused, so he elaborated; "Mulan." My friend is part Chinese, so you can see how this was racist. We didn't laugh, and just turned away, and he nudges me (a white girl) and goes, "It was a joke." And we just walked out of the store.
