If you’re in the Greater Seattle area and haven’t tried Ichi Roll Wok and Teriyaki yet, let me help you out: Squabble up
Gobble up! This spot is where grilled meat dreams come true.

Their chicken and beef combo? Straight fiređŸ”„.....The chicken is tender, the beef is juicy, and both are grilled to perfection with a flavor that makes you question how other places even survive in this game. The portions are so generous that you’ll need a game plan to finish it all, but trust me—it’s worth it.

The teriyaki sauce? Sweet, savory, and absolutely unforgettable. Paired with fluffy rice and crisp, cool salad, it’s like a perfect harmony of flavors in every bite. You’ll find yourself licking your fork clean, already planning your next visit.

And here’s the truth: when you go to other spots, just know... they not like us, they not like us. Ichi Roll doesn’t just serve food—they serve greatness. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is spotless, and the vibe is on point.

So, if you’re craving the best grilled meats in town, this is your sign. Pull up, grab that chicken and beef combo, and let Ichi Roll show you why they’re untouchable.

Rating: 11/10. Gobble up...

Good terriayaki, constantly the same everyday! I have eaten more terriayaki than most people, I know teriyaki, and I'm just starting to share my thoughts because I have some extra time in my life. One thing you can expect from this place is constantancy in their food. The teriyaki chicken is juicy, and not rubbery meaning they know how to grill it!. The spicy chicken is cooked with love by infusioning their spicy sauce by wok and adding fresh cut onions, just by taking the time to wok it tells you they are not lazy. The other things on their menu are decent and is above the standards in Seattle's terriayaki world.

Serving size is decent, and you will have a little extra if you are the average person with a appetite

The only issue I have is price. You decide for yourself......

I ordered: 1 spicy chicken 1 terriayaki chicken 1 order gyoza 2 coke...

Wasn't feeling to well so I asked my husband to pick up some Spicy Chicken Teriyaki and few other dishes we usually get from there. When he reached home we realized that it was not spicy teriyaki. So he called and told them and they said to come back in. He brought back the other teriyaki to exchange. We thought the Spicy Teriyaki would be ready to go when we he got there so he can hurry back home. When he finally reached back home, he told me they took the old one and reheated back up and added the spicy sauce to it. I laughed and so did he. We actually found it funny that the place did not apologize for making us come back in the rain and cold. Instead of having it ready to go when he got there for the inconvenience. Definitely will never return to this kind of service. Would recommend the Thai food next door for good...

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu. The chicken is so soft, tender, and juicy! Absolutely blown away by how yummy the food is despite its simplicity. The salad is simple but fresh and you can control the amount of dressing added. Very very generous with the amount of rice Ambience: N/A - ordered food to go. Cute shop with bright menu and simple decoration Service: 5/5 - super friendly and quick service even with the number of orders coming through online and the phone Value for price: 5/5 - huge servings, great food, amazing service. Can't ask for more! Must stop by for some yummy comfort food Update: we probably came to this place 4 times in two weeks because the food was so good and the portions so generous

recently tried the spicy chicken teriyaki and General Tso's chicken at Ichi Roll Wok & Teriyaki, and I was pleasantly surprised. The spicy chicken teriyaki had a nice kick to it without being overwhelming, and the sauce had a good balance of sweet and savory flavors. The chicken was tender and well-cooked. The General Tso's chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce had a good depth of flavor with just the right amount of tanginess and heat. Both dishes came with a generous portion of rice

Teriyaki has three elements. The quality of the meat, the tang of the sauce, and the texture of the rice. I believe they have all 3 in line perfectly. They had substituted some of the meat cuts for awhile and the quality had definitely dropped. Glad to see their meat improved and is back to being a nice texture that complements the sauce and rice. I love their robust (not overly sweet) teriyaki sauce combined with their firm and (not overly cooked/ mushy) rice. Definitely a top stop for Seattle Style Teriyaki
