Love this spot and how close to home it is. Also has a large variety of great beer (on tap and in cans), as well as wine, and some non alcoholic options. I highly recommend checking this spot out. Naomi and all of the other staff are always super nice and friendly as well. The rotating food trucks are always great and something different every night. My only issue here are the parents who bring their children and let them run wild there. It is very frustrating when trying to enjoy a beer, and there are a gang of kids running around, screaming, yelling, or scootering. The owners have made a point to try and prevent this, so its not on them, but it can affect the environment there. It is not all the time but every once in a while. Usually, if you go later in the evening, they are gone by then as well, so that works. Other than that, this place is great and worth checking out or coming to watch the game. They also have fun events all the time like trivia on Mondays, there are also other days like run club, knitting meet ups, live music, and periodic events like a beer pong tournament, pride events, fund raisers, etc. Great neighborhood spot worth...
Read moreLocated in Seattle’s best-kept secret neighborhood, the Broadview Tap House is a community gathering space with convenient access to the largest and freshest variety of craft beer. Regulars appreciate the good beers on tap and the decent food truck offerings. It’s family and dog friendly, which is always a bonus for me so I can bring my huge pup. With lots of patio seating and friendly staff, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink. The bar offers draft beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic choices, they even have root beer. They had remodeled the inside since the last time I was there, and it was great with lots of seating so if it’s not a nice day enjoy the space inside. If you’re looking for a relaxed spot to enjoy good beer and a family-friendly atmosphere, give the Broadview Tap...
Read moreThis is a canonical casual neighborhood gathering place. If it's not raining too hard, the outdoor seating area is brimming with young families and dogs. The indoor seating skews less chaotic.
They have a gazillion kinds of beer, several ciders, and a few wines.
The food comes from a rotating cast of food trucks in the front lot.
I gave it 5 stars because it is exactly what it appears to be. If you're looking for table service, cloth napkins and metal cutlery, go somewhere else. If you want a fermented beverage, something yummy from a food truck, and maybe a place where kids can run a little on the loose side while you have a beer, this is...
