Just Poke Columbia Tower — Restaurant in Seattle

I've been a weekly customer since this location opened a few years ago, so I'm long overdue for this review. I can confidently say that this is the best Just Poke in the greater Seattle metro area. First and foremost, the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Their lunch rush occurs in the heart of the biggest corporate building in Seattle, and they always handle it with kindness and efficiency. I usually order the build-your-own bowl, and I can't recall a single time I've had issues with my order as they were making it. The portions are more than enough for a filling lunch. The ingredients always taste fresh, and I can tell that the staff take extra care to maintain a clean kitchen, reflected in the food quality.
