I live right across the street and was so excited for Little Prague’s new branch to open, thinking I’d be a fast regular. But sadly I can’t recommend it.
In addition to there being no pastry menu or price list (and they’re WAY too expensive for what you get across the board), they’re closed so often that I’ve officially given up. I can understand staffing challenges. But not posting notice of a closure on the door and not updating your hours on Google and social platforms is extremely frustrating. Today they were closed on Mother’s Day, which is simply nonsensical. They’re bleeding money unnecessarily to the likes of Mighty-O, which is a 30-second walk away and open all the time.

I wouldn't rate a location that's closed when outside their posted business hours. But the second time I visited, at 10am on a Wednesday (their hours are 8-2 on Wednesday), and their door is locked and lights are off, that leaves an impression.    Read moreWOW!!! The blueberry kolache knocked my socks right off! The dough was a little bit sweet and little bit chewy in that satisfying way that gives it "bite", exactly as it should be. Fresh, thick cream in the middle was dusted with a thin crispy sugar and the blueberries burst with sweet juicy goodness.
Worth every penny ($7). This place is dangerously good. The location is perfect and, I'm sure, expensive. Cannot wait to bring my Czech...
