Unprofessional rude money hungry racist establishment. They were not inviting what so ever they only spoke in their language amongst themselves laughing and looking in my direction that Alone was an uncomfortable experience and a unprofessional way to begin my nails .The old Chinese man who did my nails did a horrible shape i wanted shorter length but what he filed down seemed like no difference, If I say shorter that’s what I mean don’t ignore a paying custmer. This seemed like a job I could have done myself with a pack of walgreen acrylic nail set.after this The lady who painted my nails never checked to see if my nails were dry enough to leave I had to prompt her to check after asking her she said yes and did not even touch my finger nails, I decided to leave at that point I was over this whole experience here, so I washed my hands and left no one said bye come again nothing . Soon as I get to the door the paint on one of my nails slides off. I calmly ask her to fix repaint and service me correctly because I was not happy with how they turned out. her ass of man hears the convo he immediately goes into defensive accusing me of not liking my nails because of the color I choose and he will not fix them if I want them fixed i have to pay. I was enraged at this point arguing with this idiot man Back and forth about the shape and the paint job. He pretended to call the police and accused me of threatening him after cussing his ass out, funny how no one ever showed up. I basically asked the lady several times to fix my nail and they argued with me about that until the lady repainted the one nail. Luckily I just won my lawsuit and that little change he was so desperate to charge me, he can take that a shove it up his narrow ass because I will never ever ever ever be going back worst service. If your wanting quality service ladies at least read this before you decide on this tacky shop because they take your money and talk to you crazy after you pay them not wanting to help you instead cause a scene. My husband said he will be speaking with him face to face and that is a definite promise!!!!! I hope your ready...

One of the most unpleasant experiences I ever paid for. I've worked in customer service for many years and tried handling this with as much grace as I could, because I refuse to be "that Karen." I've been coming here for years and finally decided enough is enough. Not sure why I gave them my business when they're often rude, abrasive, and somewhat combative about how you'd like your nails done. I'm low maintenance so never ask for anything too difficult. Although their shop was empty while we were there today, it was a very hurried, an almost frenzied experience with the lady passive aggressively slamming things around on her work station. She was very rough and cut my cuticles many times. She made me bleed a few times and kept pouring some weird blue antiseptic over the wounds. It stung so much that I felt nauseous and her slamming things around made it all the more unbearable. I finally said something about it...calmy...and respectfully. "Hey, I don't know if you're having a bad day, but you're really hurting me." Instead of being receptive to her client's feedback she flipped out and started yelling. The man that works there came out of the back room and they both began yelling at me about how they didn't deserve to be treated this way...really...my toes were bleeding and stinging from antiseptic. They screamed at us to never come back and that they were refusing to finish my daughter's nails. I paid them and tipped them anyway. I work hard and am on my feet for 9 hours a day earning an honest living. This was supposed to be a much needed self care day for my tired, aching feet, but it was anything but that. Actually feeling a little traumatized by the experience, but hey, I'm a big girl and I can choose to take my business elsewhere...and you should too. Please support a local small business that treats you with respect and kindness. Life is too short to spend your money at an establishment that treats you like cr@p. I still just can't wrap my brain about what happened at this...

Very bad place and unprofessional and rude owner i love the wife (Lyly)when she do my eyebrows that is the only reason i been going to this place for that last 6 or 7 years and same time since i been going for my eye borrow i kip doing my nails and start taking friends and family + recommend her work for others and i just did shellac and manicares and everything for me and my mom and pay over hundreds box + $20 tip and i just went back to again as always and did only shellac and wax b/c i don't like doing the manicares all the time since i have issues one off my nails i can't soke it in to water for long time amd use alcohol or remover a lot and she knows that well and i only did shellac and pay for that and for the wax and gave $7 tip anyway always give them tip and my shellac came off from my two figure nails the next day which is wired and i went back to fix it and her unprofessional Husband or the owner told me that no guarantee unless i did manicares and he was telling that i was trying to save $5 box to not do it which is very stupid that i gave tip $7 and not to do the manicares to save money and he told me that i have to pay $7 to polishes again for two fingers which is very stupid and yelling at me + their was another customer laughing at me like ohh is she complaining and he kip said yea go away go away you should give me back the tip money that i gave so i will go fix it somewhere else you..... hope you understand English well since i never hear you speaking while i am there very disrespectful and treat your 7 years customer like that anyway they always choose people and some race very resist i will come back and take my tip money back since you love your money than your customer i don't bring that money without working hard okay sir you need to learn to have some respect and have little manner okay not recommended her ever again and thank you for your disrespectful...
