We visited the Tacos food truck last night (Wednesday, July 2nd around 9 PM), and I’m still dreaming about the food! This place is everything you want in a street-style taco truck—authentic flavors, huge portions, great prices, and incredible customer service.
Even though it was late, the truck was still busy (always a good sign), but they kept things moving fast and efficiently. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I ordered the chicken tacos and a chicken torta, and both were beyond delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of that char-grilled flavor you only get from fresh cooking on the spot. The torta was massive, packed with flavor, and the kind of meal you can’t put down—even when you’re full. I literally kept eating because it was just that good.
They had a great setup with three different sauces and two types of salsa, each with its own kick. I also appreciated the variety of fresh salads and toppings, so you can build your tacos or torta exactly the way you want. It felt like eating real street food straight from Mexico.
What blew me away was the value—the food was super cheap for the amount and quality you get. Honestly, it’s better than many sit-down restaurants I’ve tried. The only thing to keep in mind is they only take cash, Venmo, or Zelle, so plan ahead.
There aren’t a ton of veggie options, but if you eat chicken, this place is a dream. And eating outside in the summer, with the smell of food in the air and fresh hot tacos in your hand? That’s the kind of evening I could repeat over and over.
Tacos food truck is a must-try—delicious, fast, affordable, and run by people who clearly love what they do. I’m already planning to go back...
Read moreEmotional this morning having spent 40 years looking for legit street tacos in the PNW. Spent my early years enjoying street tacos in San Diego and Tijuana and all points south. So, so good and worth the stop. We saw them by pcc in Edmonds and had to try them. Al pastor and lengua were fire. Tripa is next on my list. The salsa, toppings are diy and so fresh and flavorful. $3 a taco is a steal! We paid cash but there were Zelle and similar options. My hope is restored for...
